Moonstone is a detached holiday home, perfectly positioned on a cliff top with wonderful sea views, in the Norfolk village of Scratby. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, along with a shower room. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is an enclosed verandah and shared use of a lawned grassed area but be careful – this leads right up to the cliff edge! With off road parking on site, and the village amenities close by, Moonstone really is a wonderful base for a relaxing family holiday.

Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Shared lawn area leads to unfenced cliff edge.

The Great Yarmouth / Scratby area
On the east coast of Norfolk, the village of Scratby has a sandy beach, good for surfing, and has a village pub, shop and restaurant within easy reach. This is an ideal base for exploring the other coastal resorts, from quiet villages to larger resorts such as Great Yarmouth, which has a wide range of amenities including arcades, funfair rides, swimming pool, candy-floss stalls, golfing and Esplanade gardens. Scratby is also very well placed for enjoying a day messing about on boats on the beautiful Norfolk Broads, or shopping and enjoying the night life in cultural Norwich.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
