The lounge and American style kitchen provide a very comfortable and sociable environment for the whole family. There are ample cooking pans, pots, utensils and dishes to cater for most needs. The area is well served with local shops providing takeaways, a bakery, news/post office, supermarkets and public transport. Bus stops are only a few minutes walk from the house.

At the rear of the property is an enclosed yard with patio table and chairs and a sunny aspect. Car parking is available on street at the front of the house
Bookings must be for full weeks, Saturday to Saturday, only. Check-in times 4 - 6 p.m. and check out by 10 a.m., other times by arrangement.
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week booked is required at time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payments can be made by cheque or credit/debit card.

Norwich is the main city with a very long history, Norman castle, great street markets and shopping malls, it is possibly one of the most compact cities in England. The main industries in the county are agriculture, off-shore oil & gas research and support, and tourism with Great Yarmouth being at the centre of this.

By car via A12 or A47.Past ASDA & railway station on right, at roundabout in Great Yarmouth turn left following signpost for Caister-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth Races. At first traffic lights (there is a bus depot on the right) turn right then immediately left at St Paul's church into Salisbury Road.
If travelling by bus or rail, we recommend taking a taxi from the station to the house.
Nearest airports are Norwich International (about 25 miles) or London Stansted (about 110 miles)

the house has all the equipment you need on holiday, including washing machine, iron, hairdryer. location is good, short walk to the beach, town centre and also lots to do to entertain all members of the family

We had a great holiday staying at Nolan House it is lovely and clean and the owners are fantastic, the whole family enjoyed it and we would definitly go back there and there is plenty to do close by... more

My family love staying at Nolan House as it has the comforts of home, the kids get their own bedroom, it's a quiet area but a short walk to the buzz of the town. We love the self catering option as we can please ourselves and keep the costs down. The house was lovely and clean with everything we could possibly need for our holiday, the washing machine was a god send with our 2 year old son! The back yard is a lovely sun trap and we sat out in the early evening enjoying a glass of wine knowing the kids were fine tucked up in bed. We have booked to go back later in the year and cant wait.
