Enjoy our Sandy Palms with the premier position on Hoopers Bay Beach & which is regarded as the BEST beach to stay on in Exuma. Our spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom top floor apartment has lovely airy high ceilings and commands beautiful beach and coast views from the bedrooms and deck.

Sleeping up to 10, we can also offer for larger groups our adjoined 2 room apartment on the Ground Floor with a Twin/.King in one room and a Queen in the other room with also 2 shower rooms making a combined total of 14 guests.

Imagine waking up in the morning to the soothing sound of the gentle lapping of waves on the beach. Only seconds later from your apartment, you could be enjoying the first swim of the day in the incredibly blue & calm sea of Hoopers Bay - undisturbed by any other people & only a Green Turtle or two to notice you.

Later, take out one of our kayaks to further explore the bay or spend some time snorkelling. Enjoy renting a power boat delivered directly to our own mooring for you to explore offshore Cays and go fishing or snorkeling and keep it on our own buoy, directly in front of the property to use it whenever you want. Guests find this much more convenient than having to go to Georgetown to collect and return a boat.

Too much activity? Then just relax & unwind on one of our beach loungers or sea-floats until time comes for a cool drink.

Sheer bliss in the Bahamas!!

The upstairs bedrooms consist of a sea facing King and Queen, each with en-suite full bathrooms and with large sliding glass doors leading to the expansive sundeck. The other two bedrooms are garden facing, also with their own bath/shower rooms and either 2 Twins or a King sized bed in one bedroom & a Queen in the other.

A huge Great room runs front to back of the apartment and this includes the kitchen, dining and lounge areas together with sliding glass doors leading to the sea facing sundeck which is equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy relaxing or meals.

All rooms have a/c and ceiling fans and in the Great Room is a flat screen TV +DVD player and a desk area for those who may need to work. High speed fibre optic WiFi allows for working, gaming or viewing videos.

The location is very convenient as we are only 12 minutes from George Town airport (GGT) and with a good range of local shops about 5 minutes easy walk away. The capital, George Town is 6 minutes drive away.

We have lived on the island for over 20 years and will arrange the airport transfer as well as welcome you on arrival and help with local maps and information for you to get the most out of your visit.. We can help arrange boat trips for fishing, snorkeling and visiting the famous swimming pigs

ADDITIONALLY, we can offer for smaller groups of 2 or 4 or 6 our adjacent beach front property coralsandsbahamas. This is also directly on the beautiful Hoopers Bay beach.

Why can't I call Peter and Betty (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter and Betty (the owner) a message.

If Peter and Betty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
