Casa Bonannia M is a bright two-story apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps five people. From Casa Bonannia M you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Chianti hills. Casa Bonannia M is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Grassina, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the bus stop at 1 km (roughly 0.6 miles).

Casa Bonannia M is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the parking area going up a 200-meters (660-feet) private walkway that cuts through the garden.

To stay at Casa Bonannia M you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.

The Bonannia the apartments are part of a small hamlet, with fifteen apartments, each of them with its own privacy.  Here you'll have a great time enjoying the peace of nature and the terrific view of the Chianti hills.

The complex  is nested in the heart of the tuscan countryside and surrounded by vineyards, olive and cypress trees. It is only few kilometers far from Florence, so from here you could plan different excursions to this wonderful city full of art and history.

The garden is very wide, about an hectare, and surrounds the whole complex. Here you'll find benches where you can sit, read a book or just have rest, enjoying the magnificent view of the hills! Only birds would break the silence of nature, and sometimes you could see little deers jumping in the fields around you.

In the reception of the complex you will find at your disposal a free internet point.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Chianti hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the beginning of October.

Garden

The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by tall cypresses. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Ground FloorLiving Room

The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas, two armchairs and a desk. There is a big fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The room has two windows with a view of the garden. Here you will also find a safe.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a terrace with a view of the hills.

First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two small windows with a view of the countryside. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor.
