Located on the outskirts of Grasse, the Villa Saint John is an ideal location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday on the Côte d'Azur in the South of France.
The Villa also makes a great base for activity or sports holidays, with numerous attractions in the local area.

Activities are available for everyone and all year round; there are numerous museums, art galleries, the perfumeries of Grasse, golf courses, scenic walks, rock climbing, tennis courts, ski resorts within an hours drive, but also innumerable restaurants (including two Michelin 3 star rated ones), markets in every local village and there's always the sandy beaches!
Every activity is catered for in the Cote d'Azur and are all within driving distance of the villa. This makes it a great base for an activity filled holiday, but also a great place to relax in seclusion.
Grasse area
The villa is located on a South facing slope, looking out at the Medditeranean sea, in a secluded rural area between two picturesque villages; Grasse to the East, Cabris to the West.
Grasse is five minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk.

The nearest airport is Nice, which is 35 minutes away by car.
TGV trains stop at Cannes, a 30 minute drive away.
The main bus station in Grasse is a 30 minute walk away and provides public transport links to the local trains and major towns (Cannes and Nice) from where travel to tourist attractions all around Provence and the along the coast, such as Monte Carlo, St. Tropez, and even Italy are possible.

Further details outdoors: Large (60m2) balcony terrace. Stunning view of the sea. Saline swimming pool dimensions: 9 x 4 meters (kinder on the eyes and skin). Large garden with badminton court, table tennis, fruit and olive trees as well as a section of forest where it’s always cool. Private parking for 2 cars in front of the house, protected by a locked gate.
Conditions
A car is essential. The access road to the house is very steep, at the end of which is gated parking for up to two cars. Parking is also available on the main road, but limited.
*** Children are welcome, but the property is on a steep slope with high walled terraces and stairs, so it is not ideal for unsupervised play for younger children.
