The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The house is situated about 6km to the west of Grasse. The property is in the hills above Peymeinade in the direction of Cabris. There area has the feel of being quiet and secluded but is only 35 minutes from Nice Airport and 25 minutes from Cannes. The house is just outside the picturesque village of Speracedes and is 3km from Cabris. There are several excellent restaurants within 5 minutes drive. The area is excellent for walking, cycling, golf and sightseeing. The house is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from the Ski resort of Isola 2000.
Grasse area
The local village is Speracedes which is a traditional hill-top provencal village. Cabris is also within 5 minutes drive. There are numberous beaches within a 30 minute drive at Juan les Pins, Antibes, Cannes and Theoule sur Mer. Golf courses within a 20 minute drive include Royal Mougins, Four Seasons Terre Blanche, Grasse Country Club and Cannes Mougins. St Paul de Vence, Nice, Cannes, Grasse, Antibes are all within easy reach. Slightly further afield but within a 90 minute drive are St.Tropez and Aix en Provence.

Nice Airport is the most convenient airport being just 35 minutes from the house. British Airways, British Midland, Easy Jet, Flyglobespan and Jet2 all fly regularly to Nice from the UK. There are direct UK flights from Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

There is also a shaded outdoor eating area seating 10 with beautiful countryside views. The garden cannot be overlooked as there are mature trees and an old barn (cannot be accessed) surrounding the terrace and gardens. There is a shaded boule pitch, barbecue and plenty of space for sunbathing. 10 sunbeds.
