Le Mas des Mûriers is lovely atypical mas. ( The origin is before 1940, renewed 1992 and 2004 ) It was the "flower-farm"' and the river which past beside the garden is coming from the mountains.
The house is very quiet, the garden is green, " tropical", peaceful with a lot of birds and flowers. ( 1800 m² )
The house is fully equipped and comfortably accommodate six to eight persons.
It 's very close to conveniences and the same time very quiet.( 3 min by car )

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Cannes and the sea is around 15 minutes drive away from Grasse, depending traffic. Antibes is busy old town, where the most beautiful yachts are moored and with the cildren you can go to Marineland. The beautifuls, smalls villages like Valbonne, Opio, Mougins are very busy in summertime and only 15 minutes drive.
In Gourdon and in Cabris you can eat in the nice restaurants and see the sea on the top of these small villages.
Nice is a big town, but easy to go. To Nice , to Menton and to Italy to Ventimiglio, you can go by train from Grasse directly.
Lesures activities in the region: Golf , Horseriding, sailing and watersports, Tennis, Climbing ,Hiking ,Canoeing , Skiing ( Audiberg and Greoliers are 1 hour drive from Grasse.)

Grasse / St. Jacques area

Grasse is the perfume capital. You can visit fabrics of Fragonard and Molinard and many museums in old Grasse. The sun is shining all the year even the winters are beautiful with the sun and the mountains behind.
On the top of the Grasse, Cabris, Speradeces there are numerous picturesque medieval views and you can visit the olive-oil-mills.
Vallauris, Mougins, Valbonne, St.Paul de Vence have galleries or potteries and good restaurants.
In most villages there are colourful weekly markets-offering a variety of provencal delights.
A wonderful beach- and eveninglife you can find in Cannes. Real jetset-life.
Even Var is not very far. The Lakes of St Cassian and St Croix are really worth of visiting in one day.
And the same time you can buy the nice provencal wines on "the road of wines".

How to get there

By Air- Nice-Cote d'Azur is the nearest international airport-approximately 25 km away.

By Car -Once in South of France, this property can easily accessed via the A8 autoroute, direction Nice and you go out Cannes and Grasse.

By Train- TGV Paris to Nice ( you go out in Cannes )

On the ground floor, there is the entrance-hall with the fire-place. The kitchen is big, provencal style, sitting-room and dining-room are open to the big terrace and the pool. From the entrance-hall you can go to the biggest bed-room with the private bathroom with WC. On the ground floor there are an other WC, too and the laundry-room. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, first is big with doublebed and the solarium-terrasse with the view of the mountains. The second room is smaller with 2 singlebeds. On the first floor there is the bathroom with shower and WC

Further details outdoors:
Outside, there are several patio areas with seatings around the house. The principal terrace is around the pool with loungechairs. The garden is real " tropical" garden with cactus, olivier, palmiers, sypress and plum-, peach-, almondtrees and blackberries.
The small river pass along the garden and give a lot of fresh air.
There are three places inside in the garden for the cars.
The garden is closed. On the terrace there are place to eat for 8 persons and there is stone-built barbecue.

Conditions

Departures and arrivals are usually Saturday. Check out time would be at 11 a.m. Check in time would be at 5 pm;
Strictly no smoking except on the terraces.
Refundable breakages deposit of 750 € required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
