Apartment Ella is situated in an elevated location just outside of the hilltop village of Cabris which is around a ten minute walk from the property. A well appointed villa furnished as a comfortable family home it is well equipped. This apartment is the upper entrance level of the property and is only available in the low and mid seasons. There is a lower terrace beside the pool with extensive sun bathing areas.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The medieval hilltop village of Cabris is situated just a short drive from the provincal town of Grasse. Ideally placed for visiting all the tourist attractions of the Cote d'Azur but tucked away on the hillsides for peace and tranquility. With a temperate climate for most of the year - this property makes an ideal location for winter and summer holidays alike.
The beaches of Cannes are within easy driving distance or you could take a drive out to Monaco or the beautiful bay of Villefranche.

Grasse / Cabris area

There are many festivals in this region throughout the year from art, cultural, theatre to the summer jazz festivals across the coast. There are regular markets in all the villages. Grasse is particularly well known for its associations with the perfume industry and a visit to one of the major Perfumeries is always interesting and you get the opportunity of making your own perfume or buying some of the beautiful products available. There is an abundance to see and do - or just sit and enjoy the splendid views for this super property
There are plenty of golf courses within a very short driving distance of the villa.

How to get there

By Road - A great many of our clients chose to drive down through France having crossed the Channel either by one of the ferry companies or by the Channel Tunnel. For some - it may be the first time travelling by this route and therefore our suggestions are largely directed at those who need that little bit of extra help. The Ferries take around 1hr 30 mins crossing time, Tunnel takes 35 minutes, actually crossing time. Please be aware that during busy periods that the queuing time could be a considerable wait before boarding - you should allow for this in your time planning. Set on the upper level of the villa - there is a very nice living/dining room which opens onto a lovely outside dining terrace - a perfect spot for breakfast or lunches - with a beautiful view towards the sea. There is a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms - one of the bedrooms opens onto the terrace. There is a bathroom and shower room and 2 wcs.
The apartment has UK Satellite TV and DVD.

There is a lovely terrace with barbecue and dining area on the lower level of the villa, kitchen with barbecue and the pool - which is gated. There is a good sun terrace with sun loungers.
The property is set behind automatic entry gates and is very private.
