Breathtaking view over the Mediterranean sea and the Esterel mountains. Very quiet surroundings Ideal for people who are looking for serenity, calm and authenticity. This beautiful Bastide of the 18th century used to be a Cistercian abbey and has kept its original warmth and serenity. Provencal country house with big swimming pool (15mx7m) at your disposal in a beautiful park of 2ha with olive trees, flowers and birds and other properties...

Our guests are international and your children will be able to learn and improve their French, English or German skills with the other children.

The property is close to Sofia Antipolis, where quite a few ex-pats work. If you would like to spend a winter in Provence, or if you need a nice apartment for your family whilst looking for long term accommodation, please contact us for a special offer.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Grasse is "Riviera lived of the interior" , with all advantages of the climate which is gentle and moderate . The sun is shining all the year- even the winters are mild . The Summers are pleasant ,espacially in LOU NAOUC where we have always gentle fresh breeze coming from the sea (located at 20 kms). The nights are relaxing and in the morning all you can hear is bird song. .With a little travel you will be able to visit the famous towns of Cannes (Film Festival in May), Antibes Juan les Pins ( Jazz Festival during the Summer) Vallauris (town of Picasso), Saint Paul (Fondation Maeght) Nice and it's Carnaval, Menton , Monte Carlo and in the West, Saint Tropez and its hot nights.

LOU NAOUC is situated between Sea and Mountain for the best of both worlds.The same day, you can bathe in the sea and even have an excursion in the Park of Mercantour.


Grasse / Cabris area

GRASSE , the world Capital of Perfumes,is a historical city. It is the city of the painter FRAGONARD who left his print there and some of his tableaux. You can find all stores,cinema, museum, fields of roses , jasmin (famous n°5 of Chanel) ,iris and in winter flowers of the orange tree.

LOU NAOUC is located between Grasse and Cabris . The view looks out to GRASSE , its countryside and in the background there is Cannes and the Mediterranean.

We ask you to pay about 1/4 of the rent in advance.( In case of bookings for one week, the advance is 1/2 of the rent.)

The balance as well as the deposit of 150 euros for the apart. (250€ for the houses) are payable on arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full when you leave, if no damage has occurred.

All reservations are effective from Saturday 4 pm to 8 pm, to the next Saturday 9 am.
In the low season, special arrangements are possible depending on availability, regarding arrival and departure or the number of days booked.
For less than a week:
1 day = weekly price/7+20%
In the low season, a discount is applied for stays of at least 4 weeks.
For longer stays bookings, please, consult us.
Dogs are welcome in some flats (but on lead in the garden). For each booking, it is possible to add a folding bed for one person (except in the"Mimosas") Charges are not included in the week price and will be paid at your departure.

Après une envolée de retour sans problème, nous voici revenus à la maison sous un temps pluvieux et une température de... 5 degrés! Ça nous change du climat méditerranéen.

J'ai tenu à vous écrire dès maintenant pour vous dire combien nous avons été heureux de vous revoir, vous et votre mari, combien nous avons été heureux aussi de revoir les lieux bucoliques de votre domaine. Nos deux compagnes ne tarissaient pas d'éloges au retour de notre visite.

Nous venons tout juste de terminer notre premier petit déjeuner dans la grande salle à manger, où nous avons goûté - vous le devinerez facilement - à votre fameuse marmelade d'orange. Elle est également douce, également savoureuse, également veloutée au palais. C'est le plus beau souvenir que nous avons rapporté de ce voyage. Nous la dégusterons avec modération pour que le plaisir dure le plus longtemps possible.
