Approached from a private roadway, just off a quiet road the Villa stands on over an acre of gardens with large private pool (15m), set in an old Olive grove, with lemon and orange trees, vines, Bougainvillea & Cyprus trees. With beautiful views of the countryside & of the villages of Chateauneuf-de-Grasse and Magagnosc across the valley. With plenty of sunny & shaded areas for sunbathing & outdoor dining, attractive pool side terraced area with lawn & comfortable garden furniture, large parasols & a gas BBQ are supplied.
LIVING ROOM with tiled floors, cream walls & curtains, furnished with 2 pale yellow sofas [one double sofa bed], large mirror and cream table lamps, Wood burning stove for cosy spring & Autumn evenings, TV, DVD & English Sky TV. Patio doors lead to front terrace & garden with pretty views.
KITCHEN / DINING ROOM with, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceiling fan and plenty of pots, crockery, glasses, cutlery, electric kettle & toaster. Table and chairs to seat four. Patio doors to rear terrace with lovely views & a shady courtyard garden.

Ideally situated for easy access to the whole Cote d'Azur from Monaco to St. Tropez & back to mountains & ski resorts & with easy reach of beaches, Golf, Walking trails & lakes.The picturesque villages of Mougins, Valbonne, Biot, St. Paul de Vence, Cabris etc. with their great restaurants are all less than a 30 minute drive.
The pretty Medieval town of Grasse is a 5 minute drive or approx 20 minute walk from the house with its lovely shops, restaurants and galleries. Easy access to Nice airport at approx. 25 minutes drive. The sandy beaches of Cannes or a restaurant table in Antibes are only a short drive away approx. 15 kms. With Nice Airport 25 minutes away (approx .25 kms).

LOCATION The villa is ideally situated to the south east of the medieval city of Grasse. With villages of Mougins, Valbonne, Biot, St. Paul de Vence, Cabris, great restaurants, shops and galleries are only a short drive away. Sandy beaches of Cannes or a restaurant table in Antibes are less than a 25 minute drive. Beautiful medieval Grasse is a 5 minute drive or approx 20 minute walk. Nice airport approx. 25 minutes drive.
With 8 local GOLF Courses, most of which are championship standard, within a 15 minute radius of the house. The golf courses at Opio and Le Grand Bastide are about 5 minutes away.

Linen / towels are not included in the rental Price but can be provided. Linen / cleaning charge: Euro 65 / week or per linen change (based on 2 sharing), but a linen hire service is available if linen is required for additional guests. Up to 2 additional guests (Sofa bed) at Euro 50 / person / week can be accommodated.
A travel cot & high chair are available please ask for details if required.
SKY TV (free to view) is provided, please bring your own sky card if you wish to view additional channels.
Conditions
A booking deposit of 50% of rental cost is required to confirm booking, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to rental start date, along with separate security deposit of £600 /Euro 900.
Rental rate is based on 2 sharing, an additional 2 guests are most welcome (at an extra charge of Euro 50 / person / week).
