The property is located close to the medieval village of St Cézaire sur Siagne.

It has a large swimming pool with overflow treated with salt and surrounded by a 2100 meters garden with 50 olive-trees and fruit trees.

Having a panoramic sightseeing of Cannes and the Islands.

The stone-built house with her wide walls keeps always a fresh temperature inside and was renewed two years ago.

Ground floor: with one bed room and his private shower plus the living room. Kitchen, dining room and a separated WC.

On the First floor: you will find 4 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. One with a jacuzzi bath and shower-room. Its southern situation ensures you the sun since the early morning until the evening and a big covered terrace to benefit all day long and facing the swimming pool with a large gas barbecue.

At the village of St Cézaire: you will find 3 bakers, butchers, and a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bookshop, tobacco, doctor, dentist and a biologic market once per week.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region

The Cote d'Azur (or French Riviera) has long been one of the great attractions of France, for the glamour, sunshine, beaches and sophistication of resorts such as Nice, Saint-Tropez and Cannes - a reputation that is well earned, the Cote d'Azur is a lovely region to explore, with many less known gems to discover among the more famous.

Grasse

The massive 1720 church is the center-piece of the village, surrounded by terrace cafés, shops, post office and fountain. The fountain, by the way, is an interesting green metal rather than the usual stone, and dates to 1868.

On the side of the village behind the church, neatly parallel streets between the medieval-style houses run up to the 12th-century Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-la-Sardaigne and cemetery. The chapel is actually inside the cemetery, and the graves on either side of the entrance host gigantic cypress trees, attesting to the age of the site.

The parallel streets on this side are wide enough for cars, but the houses are still old and very lovely. On the Rue de l'Egalité, leading up towards the cemetery from directly behind the church, a house along the left has some gigantic fossils cemented to the rough-stone front.

On the side of the village in front of the church and above the cliffs, the streets are narrower and more winding. The signs for "Point de Vue" take you past the Place de la Liberté with its huge horse-chestnut tree and along the "Voie Romaine". The viewing point is the "Place du 8 Mai 1945", a terrace (with a single olive tree and a panoramic table) along the top of the cliffs with a magnificent view into the deep Siagne valley below and out across the forested hills to the west and north.

Also on this side of the village is the 14th-century château, with the Mairie (city hall) in the château. Parts of the ancient fortification walls can be seen, some integrated into the Mairie, and two of the old 14th-century "portes" are along the cliff side of the village.

On the road leading off the center towards the Grottes de St. Cézaire you can see the end of the large "lavoir". Just around the bend is a nice long "boules" area, lined with shady plane trees.

"Great house and wonderful host"

The owner was extremely helpful in making our stay memorable. The house and facilities are very good and done to a high standard. St Cezaire is a lovely little town to use as a home base for exploring the Area.
The fast uncapped wifi made our lives a lot easier. I will gladly recommend this villa to friends.

Thank you so much . You remain in our hearts and hope we will meet you one day in you beautiful country.
Never forget that you may visit us at anytime you have a home here in France . And that's as FRIENDS and not as renters.

"Beautiful house with large pool and nice view of the sea"

All three families enjoyed holiday in beautiful house and the very special view of the sea. The children liked the large pool and they don't wanted to go the sea anymore. Also the village was nice with all the restaurants and coffee shops.
