LOCATION . The villa is ideally situated to the south east of the medieval city of Grasse , nestled in an old Olive grove on a hillside behind Cannes and Antibes . The picturesque villages of Mougins , Valbonne , Biot , St. Paul de Vence , Cabris etc. with their great restaurants , shops and galleries are only a short drive away . The sandy beaches of Cannes or a restaurant table in Antibes are less than a 30 minutes drive . Grasse is a 5 minute drive or approx 20 minute walk from the house .Nice airport about a 35 minute drive (27 kms )
