The Villa .
This fabulous luxury villa is set in an old Olive grove with beautiful views of the coast, an ideal base for a relaxed holiday. This spacious house is tastefully decorated in typical Provençal style with colour washed walls , terracotta tiled floors, comfortable furniture & a well equipped kitchen.

The attractive mature gardens are well maintained, with Citrus trees & colourful climbing plants. The large south facing terrace & HUGE private infinity pool is surrounded by plenty of paved areas for sunbathing / relaxing. With a Lawned garden with swings & kids play area.

The villa is Approx . 1.3 km to the east of the Medieval town of Grasse , only 25 minutes from Nice airport , beachs at Cannes & Antibes & 10 minutes from Valbonne & Mougins villages .

Living Room / Dining Room . A huge room with fireplace , colourwashed walls , old terracotta floors , big picture windows & patio door overlooking garden & terrace . This room is furnished with 2 large sofas & comfortable armchair , tv , dvd player & sky tv ( free-to-view).
The dining room has a large table to seat 8 & lovely views .
Kitchen . A typical Provencal style kitchen , with pretty blue & white tiles , hob / cooker , microwave , dishwasher , fridge & freezer , door to garden & traditional outdoor shady area .
Large Utility room / Larder room with washing machine , ironing board etc.
Shower room with wc , whb & shower .

Outside Dining terrace . With large table & chairs to seat 8 , parasol , magnificent views of the valley below & the bay of Cannes / Mandelieu , to the right side of the villa is a pretty paved area with lavender & Jasmine , a stone water feature & some old stone seats . To the other side of the villa is a part covered outdoor seating area with scented jasmine & roses .

Pool & lower paved terrace . A South facing stone terrace with large private infinity pool , this attractive area has Palms & Olive trees, Jasmine , Oleanders & Bougainvillea , a trickling water feature from an old Jarriere & with magnificent views to the bay of Cannes . The pool terrace has plenty of comfortable sun loungers , cushions & large Parasols . Steps lead to a lawned garden below with swings & kids play area .

PLEASE NOTE : A Cleaning / utilities allowance fee of Euro 150 ( for single or final week ) & is payable in advance . This fee includes villa cleaning ( final week ) , pool & garden maintainance & utility costs ( based on reasonable average usage ,excess usage will be charged ) . Although we do ask that the villa be left in a clean , tidy & acceptable condition on departure , otherwise a deduction from security deposit will apply .

Linen is not included in rental price but is available for hire , please ask for details .
