Kangei sleeps 4, a double and a twin room with en suite shower room. A children's cot maybe available on request. All bed linen, apart from the cot is provided free of charge. A fold down bed maybe available for a 5th person. Towels are provided, no charge.
The cottage has night storage heaters and a multi fuel stove. Kangei has underfloor heating in the kitchen and conservatory. It is south facing and therefore enjoys the sun all day. There is a television and a DVD player and DVDs are provided for the use of guests. Kangei has a wonderful conservatory that makes the most of the Scottish sun. Games are provided for the occasionally rainy day!
Please note the electric is on a key meter this means you simply pay for what you use. The rental charges are able to be kept low as we don't have to add on for guests potentially keeping the heat on 24/7.
Only Kangei presently has the dishwasher, hopefully Failte will soon.

There is a private garden and private parking. A few minutes walk takes you to the park and from there to the Spey river. Forest walks are numerous. Here you can see much of the wildlife the area offers, red squirrels, deer, numerous birds.
A deposit is required to secure the booking and the final payment is due by 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
The Aviemore and the Cairngorms region
There's lots of things to see and do across the Highlands. Spring is here and we have a range of activities you can enjoy. Experience the numerous events taking place across the Highlands over the coming months; celebrating all that is unique and special across the region.
Grantown on Spey is in the Cairngorm National park and is an ideal base for exploring all the Highlands have to offer, from fishing, golf, walking, cycling, castles, the whiskey trail to many other activities. You can easily take day trips to Royal Dee side, Aberdeen, Loch Ness, Inverness, the black Isle, even the Isle of Skye.
Grantown has a plethora of activities on offer. it boasts excellent fishing and world renown golf courses in the area. Carrbridge has the landmark centre a fabulous place to entertain children. Aviemore is home to Scottish skiing. The area has much natural beauty and scenery that lends itself to many activities.
The town is surrounded by ancient woodlands, much of which is community owned and which offer a unique habitat for a wide variety of wildlife. These Anagach Woods have way marked trails and there is walking for all abilities. There are also numerous other walks and trails around the town which offer wonderful views over the surrounding hills and mountains.
