High standard building,a big 1 bedroom apartment, with air conditioning on 1st floor with elevator of a building Haussmannien. Accomodates 4 to 6 people. For more than 4 people, add 25 €uros, per night and per person. Secured with camera, door entry system,intercom and caretaker, looking an interior garden. Big elevator which can welcome handicaped armchair.
Including : an entrance with a WC and sink, a big living room with a sofa bed (160X190) and 2 cupboard-beds : 2 twin beds of (80X180 each),TV with international channels,Internet access ADSL/WIFI, a bedroom with a king size bed of (180X200) for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (bath and shower)with WC + separate WC.
A private car park in basement of the building: price rate/week: 150 €uros. Linen, crockery, towels, iron & board, hair dryer, vaccum cleaner are supplied.
