This elegant apartment fully refurbished and lately redecorated can accommodate in comfort up to four Guests plus one baby in a cot.
The sun-filled dining room has a sofa bed that sleeps two, a table to seat four comfortably, a desk, a wardrobe, a TV with English channels, a CD and DVD player, CDs & DVDs library, books library, internet access, Wi-Fi, national and international phone free. Connection for iPod, IPhone or iPad.
The kitchen is well equipped, four ring vitroceramic hotplate, microwave, kettle, toaster, caffee machine, washing machine, dish washer.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, two sinks, a toilet and plenty of storage room.
La Défense is at the western end of Paris' Historical Axis, which starts at the Louvre museum and takes in the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe.
The apartment's building is surrounded by a wide forum planted with vegetation and gardens with fountain, games for children. Municipal Parkings under the building.

The Charras mall is on the ground floor with a supermarket Carrefour, many restaurants, cafés, and shops. Also on the ground floor of the building is an international newsstand, a boulangerie for fresh bread and croissants in the morning, a market for fresh products 3 times a week and the municipal swimming pool, featuring a sauna, solarium, volley ball, ice skating and bowling facilities. Tennis tables on the ground floor.

The apartment is in a lively neighbourhood with sports facilities, a 16-screen cinema, theatres, cultural venues, restaurants, bars, cafés, and indoor and outdoor markets.
Conditions
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation, with the balance due four weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of €300 is required up-on arrival and is refundable if no damages is done to unit or its contents.

The Grand Paris / La Defense area
La Defense is unique! The site of all superlatives! a must-see site in Greater Paris today, a major tourist destination. Europe's biggest business district, Europe's biggest shopping centre named "Les Quatre Temps" features over 200 shops open seven days a week.
La Défense boasts an extraordinary open-air museum with 60 works by famous contemporary artists including Calder, Miro, César and Richard Serra.
The most famous landmark in La Défense is La Grande Arche, a monument dedicated to humanity and humanitarian ideals which was inaugurated in 1989. The roof section is an exhibition centre, and offers impressive views of Paris.
Another must-see is the Centre of New Industries and Technologies (CNIT), an architectural landmark as well as a major conference and corporate events centre.
The district has over 60 hectares of parkland, gardens and fountains, public squares, shaded plazas, and terraces, cafes, restaurants.
The Water Ballets at the AGAM Fountain is everyday: Silent fountains or Musical fountains according to the days and the hours.
The church of Notre Dame de Pentecôte offers extra calm and culture.
La Défense has events year round. - The Hauts-de-Seine Choral Festival: Fifteen days of non-stop music in March/April. - The fifth 'Seine de Danse' Festival: new dance trends for five days in May. - La Défense Jazz Festival: noontime concerts on the forecourt's main stage in June. -
Three times a week in Summertime, everyone is invited to dance for free in the open air next to the Masterpiece of Calder: Carabean, rock'n'roll and swing dances.
The Christmas Market: one of France's biggest Christmas markets takes place on the forecourt. Over 250 exhibitors throughout December.

Arrive in Paris at any of the major airports: CDG, Orly (or Beauvais which is 1.5 hours away of Paris and take a shuttle bus to Porte Maillot in Paris).
The trains from the North of Europe come into Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys, TGV), and from the East into Gare de l'Est (TGV and trains from Germany).
Coming up from the South of France you arrive most likely at Gare de Lyon.
Most of the train stations and the airports have car rental services but you need no car while in Paris.

I was traveling to Paris for the first time in Seotember 2011. Quite an adventure. I knew that I wanted to have a home-like environment during my stay. The apartment at Les Gemeaux in La Defense was just that. Charming, beautiful, clean and comfortable, with the most amazing 15th floor views of Paris---the Eiffel Tower, sparkling at night, the enchanting hills and Sacre Coeur cathedral of Montmartre etched on the distant horizon. I felt completely safe while staying at Les Gemeaux! The owners were helpful and friendly. The metro was just a short walk from the apartment and there were many shops, cafes and a supermarket next door to the apartment. It was very hard to leave the beauty of Paris and the delight of the apartment at Les Gemeaux. I would go back and stay forever in a heart beat! Bon voyage! You have made the perfect choice of accomodations in Paris. |

-The apartment is beautiful and is a wonderful home away from home. Paris is a great and beautiful city and we were able to see a great deal and visit many sites from Les Gemeaux.
You are so close to bus and rail lines that the Louvre, Les Invalides, the Latin Quater and other great areas are easily within reach. The neighborhood around we found to be very nice in a very quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will recommend your apartment to friends and colleagues. - Wonderful, a perfect choice for our stay in Paris, the apartment was excellent, quiet, well located, close to the metro, and that view... - What a magnificent stay in Paris! We rented this apartment for two weeks while I was working nearby. It was a perfect place for our family. My children enjoyed the municipal pool and the nearby playground each morning while I was at work and then it was a quick metro ride to downtown Paris for an afternoon of sightseeing. The apartment was astonishingly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. Noël and Jacqueline were gracious hosts, always available for questions. Our daughter was especially thrilled to see the Eiffel Tower from our window. We both knew Paris well before this trip but had never been to La Defense.
