This property provides well equipped and spacious accommodation for up to 8 people. Built by the award-winning MGM, the luxury development maintains an traditional alpine character with beautiful wood features and commands a superb position in the resort.
The apartment overlooks the slopes and is ski in ski out on most days.
Bright and airy, with large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, the downstairs also contains a bedroom and bathroom (2 doors in the bathroom allow it be an en suite if desired).
Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms and a second bathroom. The master bedroom, with amazing high ceilings, has an en suite.

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region
Only 60km (1 hour ) from Geneva airport, Morillon is more accessible than most French ski resorts and very manageable for even a weekend break.
Home to the Olympic downhill champion, Antoine Deneriaz, Morillon is frequently described as the Alps' best kept secret.
In spite of growth over recent years, the town is relatively uncommercialised and has retained a beautiful French feel.
Grand Massif / Morillon area
Morillon is the perfect setting to explore the region. Just 40 minutes takes you to Chamonix and Mont Blanc. In the other direction, an hour takes you to the beautiful town of Annecy, and of course Geneva is also just an hour away.
The property is located at Morillon 1100, 400 metres above the traditional village in a purpose built village from where the real skiing of the Grand Massif begins. Just half an hour's skiing takes you to the Flaine Bowl and nearer you have the choice of the slopes of not only Morillon, but also Samoens, Les Carroz and Sixt.
The pistes are perfect from beginners up and the children's nursery in the resort is superb, holding the official “Famille Plus Montagne” label for the excellent children facilities in the “Village des Enfants”
In the resort, there is a small selection of restaurants and bars, a few shops and a mini-supermarket .
In the summer, there are numerous activities to enjoy. The chair lift just outside the apartment is open in July and August to go mountain walking and down the mountain you will find horse riding, bicycle hire, numerous sports activities and enjoy beautiful drives through the mountains to nearby villages such as Morzine and Les Gets. Further details outdoors: Patio doors onto balcony with ski slope and beautiful mountain views directly in front. Just out of the apartment and down a few stairs, you will find the locker room, from where ski in/ski out is normally possible.
Nearest chair lift is about 50 metres away - also open in July and August for walking and mountain biking Behind this lift, the village shops begin - a variety of ski hire shops, restaurants, supermarket, pub are all a couple of minutes from the apartment.
Although there are no dedicated parking spaces, there is private parking for the development about 10 metres from the front door.

Normal changeover day is Saturday, but we are happy to try to flexible where possible. Midweek and weekend breaks are also welcome. End of stay clean included. More than 8 people may be accommodated - please contact us with requirements.
Conditions
Bookings secured with 20% deposit - full balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Extra security deposit of £500 held for damages/breakages, but fully refundable once end of stay clean carried out.
