This contemporary, architect designed chalet located in a delightful village on a south facing mountain slope, has superb panoramic views. It is tastefully furnished and decorated, extremely well equipped and generates a welcoming atmosphere of conviviality. For families, or groups of friends seeking beautiful surroundings in which to enjoy a relaxing stay, it is the perfect holiday property.

As well as being ideally situated for winter sports (downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, sledging) and summer activities such as mountain walking and climbing, tennis, swimming, bicycling, mountain biking, horse riding, potholing, mini golf, rafting, canoeing, paragliding, via Ferrata, the chalet is the perfect starting point for excursions to (for example), Chamonix/Mont Blanc, Annecy, Geneva, Yvoire, Evian.

At just a short drive from Samoens, visitors will be impressed by the 'Cascade de Rouget' - a superb double waterfall -, and the National Park area of Sixt-Fer-à-Chevel (horseshoe mountain formation).

6. In winter, a minibus is available for use by guests (self-drive by guests) for trips to Morillon Village ski lift, Samoens Grand Massif Express ski lift, Samoens Village, supermarket .... No extra cost, just diesel top up at end of stay

7. Bookings for 2 or 3 persons are accepted in spring, early & later summer, & autumn (please enquire)

8. Method of payment for reservations:

• A deposit of 25% of the rental price is required in order for a booking to be confirmed; balance is payable eight weeks prior to holiday start date

• In order that bookings made less than eight weeks prior to holiday start date be confirmed, payment of the full rental price is required at time of booking

• Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by electronic bank transfer (on-line banking)
