Chalet D'Izé apartment 29 is a spacious 54m², Located only 15 minutes stroll from the centre of Les Carroz, and just 100m from the ski bus stop. It is set within a wonderfully peaceful location, amongst trees and beautiful scenery. There is also a lovely, friendly bar/restaurant just around the corner, for those evenings when you don't wish to cook or wonder too far. The loft style apartment is situated on the top floor in the eaves of the building, offering beautiful exposed beams and high ceilings. The apartment is decorated and furnished luxuriously in a traditional, yet modern alpine style with a large open living dining area. There is one double and one twin room with built in wardrobes and great views.
The apartment's living area has its own balcony offering amazing uninterrupted views along the valley. The apartment has it's own private ski locker.

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region
Les Carroz and its surrounding area is famous for the great skiing in winter and in summer the climbing, cycling and walking. The town has a good snow record in the winter and in the summer and autumn it is warm and sunny.
Grand Massif / Les Carroz area
Les Carroz is a friendly, traditional alpine village in the heart of the Grand Massif mountain range with its' 265 km of piste. The village is situated at an altitude of 1140m, and the ski area links with Samoens, Flaine, Morillon and Sixt. The village also offers hot air ballooning, hang gliding, paragliding, dog sledding, snow mobiles, snow shoeing, indoor tennis and an ice rink. Les Carroz is a perfect holiday destination all year round. The telecabine is open during the summer months, making this a hive of activity for walking, mountain biking, climbing, parapenting. The pretty medieval town of Annecy is only one hour away ,as is Geneva, should you want to explore further afield. There are a number of good restaurants, cafes and bars set around the attractive main square. There is even a nightclub, so there is enough to cater for all tastes and budgets.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Geneva, only 1 hour away. Cheap flights can often be found especially if booked well in advance.
We are able to organise a transport service from the Airport to the accommodation.
Alternatively you can hire a car through a number of different car hire companies. We recommend that you hire a car from the Swiss side of Geneva airport. This is the easiest and quickest way out of the airport.
It is possible to travel by train. There is a TGV stations at Cluses.
Les Carroz is around 800km from Calais by car. There are autoroutes covering the entire length of the journey.

A welcome basket and complimentary toiletries are provided and we will meet and greet you on your arrival giving you the opportunity to find out about the local area. We provide 24/7 support should you need it and we are happy make arrangements for you prior to your arrival or during your stay, such as ski lessons, restaurant bookings etc.

Conditions
A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of 250 Euros will be required in the form of cash or credit card details. A deposit of 25% of the total price is required when booking. Payment can be made by credit or debit card (3% surcharge levied on credit cards)

It has got to be one of the best maintained apartments we have stayed in for many years, we were both impressed with the fact that we were met by Stuart and his wife at the apartment when we arrived. The Apartment was equipped with everything we needed to make our weeks stay as easy as possible even to the point of a washing machine in the apartment for our use. The fact that basic supplies had been put in the kitchen meant we did not have to go shopping as soon as we arrived which is great after a long car trip from the UK. Lez Carroz itself is a really pretty village and the apartment was far enough away to be really quiet in the evenings, but only a 50metre walk to the ski bus stop. (Ian C)
This was our second visit to an MGM apartment, so our high expectations were confirmed. The apartment was lovely with beautiful views and extremely well equipped eg kitchenware, washer/dryer, family games. (Anon)
