The apartment is set within a lovely location amongst trees and beautiful scenery, just a 15 minute stroll from the village centre. There is a friendly bar/restaurant just around the corner, for those evenings when you don't wish to cook or wonder too far.
This spacious three bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor (accessible by lift) and is finished to a very high standard. The decor and furnishings complement each other well, perfectly fusing traditional style with modern luxury. The large open living area is cleverly divided, seperating the kitchen-dining area from the lounge area whilst still maintaining a spacious open feel. It is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. There are also two comfortable leather sofas, and a selection of family games.
There is one double bedroom, with ensuite, and two twin rooms, one of which has its own ensuite. One twin room can be arranged as a double. All rooms have plenty of wardrobe space and benefit from the surrounding views. The family bathroom has a bath with shower and heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet. The ensuite shower rooms come equipped with shower, toilet, heated towel rails and washbasin. The apartment has its own large balcony equipped with table and chairs offering amazing, uninterrupted views along the valley.

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region
Les Carroz and its surrounding area is famous for the great skiing in winter and in summer the climbing, cycling and walking. The town has a good snow record in the winter and in the summer and autumn it is warm and sunny.
Grand Massif / Les Carroz area
Les Carroz is a friendly, traditional alpine village in the heart of the Grand Massif mountain range with its' 265 km of piste. The village is situated at an altitude of 1140m, and the ski area links with Samoens, Flaine, Morillon and Sixt. The village also offers hot air ballooning, hang gliding, paragliding, dog sledding, snow mobiles, snow shoeing, indoor tennis and an ice rink. Les Carroz is a perfect holiday destination all year round. The telecabine is open during the summer months, making this a hive of activity for walking, mountain biking, climbing, parapenting. The pretty medieval town of Annecy is only one hour away ,as is Geneva, should you want to explore further afield. There are a number of good restaurants, cafes and bars set around the attractive main square. There is even a nightclub, so there is enough to cater for all tastes and budgets.
How to get there

We are able to organise a transport service from the Airport to the accommodation. Alternatively you can hire a car through a number of different car hire companies. We recommend that you hire a car from the Swiss side of Geneva airport. This is the easiest and quickest way out of the airport.
There is a TGV station at Cluses, 20 minutes away.
The area is around 800km from Calais by car and takes roughly 8 hours. There are autoroutes covering the entire length of the journey.

We provide 24/7 support should you need it and we are happy make arrangements for you prior to your arrival or during your stay, such as ski lessons, restaurant bookings etc.
Conditions
A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of 250 Euros will be required in the form of cash or credit card details. A deposit of 25% of the total price is required when booking.

We had a lovely time, luxurious, comfortable apartment. Very well appointed with many thoughtful touches. Stuart and Sarah were very friendly and helpful, meeting us on arrival with plenty of good advice. (Marion and Ian)
