About the home

Villa Narmada has opened start of July 2008, situated near the Grand Bay centre in the north of Mauritius. Grand Bay is well known for attracting each year many tourists with nice beaches, shopping centres, bazaar, restaurants, watersport facilities etc.
Villa Narmada is a charming complex, quite peaceful though not at all far from all possible facilities.
Spacious with a shared swimming pool with shallow end for children, 24 hours security and all the comforts of a hotel.
A spa and a restaurant also is part of the complex. At the reception there are internet facilities and also to fax.
The apartment is ideal for couples and also for families with one child.

Facilities

The one bedroom apartment has an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, a comfortable living / dining room with among others a sofa and a television. The living room comes out on a spacious balcony where one can have leisurely the breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with a freeze, dining set, cooking facility and all utensils.

Bedlinen, towels and kitchen towels will be provided.
The bath towels and the kitchen towels will be changed every day, while the bedlinen will be changed twice a week. The bathroom is equipped with a washing table, douche and WC.
Cleaning is every day (except for on Sundays and public holidays). Against a reasonable fee one can have additional linen or laundry service.

The location of Villa Narnada is just behind the huge SuperU shopping & entertainment centre.
The Super U centre consist a huge supermarket with many shops, telecom centre, busstops, taxi, banks nearby.

Food & Entertainment
The restaurant is on the ground floor for the Bed and Breakfast and Half Board clients. The restaurant is also the location for other entertainments like barbecue, Japanese fondue, local musicians and other entertainments.

At the reception which will be open from 09h00 till 18h00 one can send faxes and mails. Outside the swimming pool will be at your entire disposal
with it’s stretchers and parasols alongside.

Against a reasonable fee we have at your disposal a spa equipped with a
Jacuzzi, hammam and exercise machines.

For those who like to enjoy the wellness of a massage,
this is also possible against reasonable payment.

The Mauritius North Coast/Grand Baie region

Grand Bay is the most visited place by tourists. It is well known for the best facilities for tourists. Having several shopping centres, nice beach to walk and further the beach to swim.

The Grand Baie Bay area

Grand Bay is full of activities. There is the Grand Bay bazaar and countless small shops in all the streets.
The beach is nearby and many restaurants along the coastal road. Buses are passing every 15 minutes or half an hour to all other coastal places nearby.

On a distance of 27 km from the capital Port Louis and 65 kilometres from the airport.

Situated in central Grand Bay in the north of Mauritius. Grand Bay is well known for attracting each year many tourists with nice beaches, shopping centres, bazaar, restaurants, watersport facilities etc.

The beach of Grand Bay is on 5 minutes walking. Along the beach there is the possibility for watersports like parasailing, glassbottom etc etc. At the reception there is the possibility to book all these facilities + catamaran and dolphin trips, blue safari etc etc.
Excursions are also being organized there.

The airport transfer can be booked by the owner of the apartment. Or at the airport the guest can book a taxi which will take him to the North, to Grand Bay.

A car can also be rented at the airport. There are several companies having their counter inside the Airport. Avis, Budget and ABC Car rental among others. We think that ABC Car rental might be cheaper with same conditions as the other companies.
