It is situated in an acre of natural pasture and garden. The surrounding amenities include Lough Gowna (2 miles) , Lough Sheelin (6 miles) in an area renowned for its coarse and trout fishing, golf courses, forest walks and historic places of interest such as Strokestown and Belvedere Houses. Dublin Port 1½ hours. Garden furniture.

Well furnished and equipped with kitchen/dining/sitting room with gas hob and electric oven and multifuel stove, old world bar with open fire, and three bedrooms, one (grd flr) with a double , and stairs to one with a 5ft double en suite shower and W.C. and veranda (with far reaching views), and one with four single beds.
