This is a large villa that can sleep 12 people. WIth a large games room (table tennis and table football), home cinema projector with DVD, Wii, Playstation, a boules court and swimming pool, it is ideal for family breaks. The surrounding area gives access to a brand new championship golf course, the historic city of Granada, skiing in the winter and beaches in the summer.

The Costa Tropical/Granada region

The region is steeped in history. A ten minute drive from the house puts you in the centre of Granada City with the Alhambra Palace and other historic buildings to discover. The surrounding countryside is perfect for long and picturesque walks whilst the ski resort of Sierra Nevada is 35 minutes away.

The newly built championship golf course of Santa Clara is 5 minutes away and offers a challenge to both beginners and experienced golfers. The beaches of Salobrena and Motril are 30 minutes drive away.


Granada area

Granada is famous for its mix of european and moorish architecture. It is also the home of Tapas. There is an extensive range of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants as well as the historic buildings. The surrounding hills and valleys hide a number of wonderful little towns each with its own story to tell. Within a couple of kilometres there is the town of Padul where there are supermarkets and banks.


How to get there

Fly to Granada (15minutes to house ) or Malaga Airport (1 hour 15 minutes). You will need a hire car but at both airports there are plenty of hire companies.

The house was constructed in 2007 and has a lovely landscaped garden with olive, lemon and orange trees. It has extensive terraces both at ground floor and bedroom level. There are a number of areas both indoor and outdoor for dining and both a games room and a boules court for healthy entertainment.

The newly landscaped garden is self maintaining and has a range of trees and plants for shade and colour.
there is a newly constructed boules court and swimming pool with extensive tiled terracing for relaxation.
There are also great views over to the Sierra Nevada mountains, national park and Granada City.

The house was completed in 2007 and there is still construction going on in the urbanisation.
Although this construction work is nearby, it is almost complete and it does not disturb the tranquility you will experience when enjoying the outdoor facilities of the house.

With this in mind we are discounting the rental rates until all construction in the area is completed.


Conditions

For reservation purposes we require 20% on booking and the balance 6 weeks before rental period.
We accept payment in both Euros and GBP.

During the period October through to April there will be a fuel charge for heating the property of 100 per week.
