Ideal for families, couples and golfers, our delightful 2 bedroom apartment is in the highly sought after area of Gran Alacant, with some of the best white sandy beaches in the Costa Blanca stretching for miles.
Our apartment is just 10 minutes from Alicante airport, and due to the local facilities close by, a car is not a necessity.
Opposite us is our communal pool and just a short walk away there's a nice selection of bars and restaurants for you to relax in after a hard day on the beach.
The beautiful beaches have a back drop of sand dunes stretching for miles. These are about 2km away with a regular bus service to and from them.

As you enter our apartment into the lounge/dining room, you will find patio doors for the terrace on your right. Also on the right is the entrance to the kitchen with everything you could need for home cooking. There's even a washing machine, invaluable for when you're on holiday.
At the far end of the lounge/dining room is the lovely bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, wash basin and bidet.
Next to the bathroom are the 2 bedrooms, both with large fitted wardrobes. One with a double bed and the other with 2 singles.

To the front of our apartment is a lovely shaded terrace with patio furniture overlooking the communal pool.
What better way to enjoy a quiet evening than sitting on your terrace with a nice glass of sangria watching the fun and frolics in the communal pool.
Steps from the terrace take you up to our private solarium where you can enjoy a spot of sunbathing. When you get too hot just pop over the road for a nice dip in the pool.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca, or White Coast is aptly named. Some of the best beaches in Spain are along this coast. Our personal favourites are between Santa Pola and Alicante with lovely white sand and a back drop of dunes and pine forests. We have spent many a day here lazing on the beach or having lunch with a glass of wine in one of the bars dotted on the actual beach.
The Gran Alacant / Altomar 2 area
Gran Alacant's greatest attractions are its fabulous weather and its glorious blue flag beaches. This modern township has a new commercial centre which has all types of bars, a wide variety of restaurants, banks supermarkets and other shops. The apartment is conveniently placed to take advantage of all these, in addition to the selection of more local bars and restsurants, and is also convenient for golf courses and scuba diving clubs.
On Thursday is the local market which is always worth a stroll around to pick up a bargain.
There are good local bus services to the beach, Alicante and Santa Pola.
Gran Alacant now has its own mini-train service, the 'GA Spirit' which runs around the area from morning untill late at night calling at the beaches, the main GA commercial centre, and some of the urbanisations. This stops near to the apartment.

Fly into Alicante or Murcia. Our apartment is just 10 minutes from Alicante airport and 1 hour from Murcia airport.
Many budget airlines fly to these destinations including Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe and Jet2. A good search site is skyscanner.com
We can arrange airport transfers for you but if you would like a car to rent I would suggest carjet or economycar,
both are good sites.
