A spacious five bedroom villa with private pool, using the upper part of the house for Bed and Breakfasting guests. Basement area is living area for the owner. First floor comprises lounge dining, reception area which leads to two double bedrooms, one with aircon, both have en suite facilities, satellite tv and coffee machine in the rooms.
From the lounge there is a stairway to a further double room with en suite, satellite TV and coffee machine. This room leads onto a solarium with fantastic views over Alicante and the mountains.
Breakfast of Tea or Coffee with Toast and Jam/Marmalade inclusive in price. Full english available at a cost of 5.00 euro per person.
The property is surrounded by well established gardens, has a private swimming pool, outside kitchen area, bar and BBQ area. Ideal for those that need a base to use for work, business or just a short break in the Gran Alacant area.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Known for its fantastic climate and dry weather the Costa Blanca is a great place to holiday. Gran Alacant is situated on the hillside between the cities of Alicante and Santa Pola. Just a 10 minute drive from Alicante airport. Alicante is a ten minute drive in one direction and has a good lively night life.
The beautiful quaint fishing port of Santa Pola is just 5kms drive in the opposite direction. Santa Pola has a large market with a vast variety of foods and good available and takes place on Saturday and Monday mornings. You can take the coast road along the carrabassi beach into Santa Pola which runs from the bottom of the hill at Gran Alacant into the town and take a glass bottom boat ride to the island of Tarbarca.
Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few. Gran A|acant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets within walking distance where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.
Gran Alacant / Monte Y Mar area
There is a weekly market on Thursday morning just 5 minutes from the house, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables. The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.
For the nature lovers there is the Clot de Galvany nature reserve where you can stroll through the grass and use the Keeps to take a look at the bird life and there is also a BBQ area.
How to get there
There are several budget airlines flying to the local airport of Alicante. It is an 8 minute drive from the airport to Mont y Mar Urbanisation.
Car hire can be arranged if necessary. We also offer meeting you at the airport if this is preferred or you can take a taxi at the airport
Directions on leaving the airport are follow the signs for El Altet. This takes you onto the link road with the N332. Join the N332 direction Santa Pola. Stay on this road until you see the exit for Gran Alacant.
