Located in Monte y Mar this bright, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Townhouse is within easy reach of local shops, bars and restaurants. The property is opposite the communal pool area and gardens and only a few minute walk to the Carabasi beach.
The property has a good size lounge/diner, kitchen, a balcony from the master bedroom and a terrace. There are two good sized first floor bedrooms and two bathrooms (one on each floor). An excellent location for your holiday with in easy walk of bars and restaurants and the beach and an easy drive to visit some of the areas attractions. These properties have access to a lovely communal swimming pool to help you cool down in the sun. A great choice for a family or couple.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The local area has recently been named one of the healthiest places in the world in which to live by the world health organisation and is a superb destination for holiday's with its stunning scenery, beautiful beaches and wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The area is easy to get to, just a 10 minute drive from Alicante or 50 minutes from Murcia airport.
There are nature reserve which is popular for bird watching and walking, a nearby safari park and shopping plaza, and makes a good base to explore the local caves, Island of Tabarca, Callosa mountains, the views from Guardalest, the Benidorm theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and the Mundo Mar marina animal park), Benidorm Zoo and excursions such as horse riding, a hot air balloon ride or jeep safari or even a day trip to Ibiza. It has a good choice of sporting activities from kite surfing to scuba diving.
There are a number of championship golf courses within a short drive including the Bonalba golf resort and spa, and fishing trips are available from the Harbour. Nearby there are the resorts of Santa Pola and Alicante. Santa Pola is a traditional Spanish resort with long sandy beaches, while Alicante is historical yet cosmopolitan with a lovely harbour and promenade, the Santa Barbara castle, a number of museums and is great for shopping.
Gran Alacant / Monte Y Mar area
Gran Alacant is a small urbanisation 15 mins from Alicante and is ideal for families and those wanting a relaxing and enjoyable break from the rat race back home. The house is close to all local amenities which includes a good selection of bars and restaurants, a small shop and internet shop and a 15 minute walk to a beautifully kept beach.
There is a nature reserve only a minutes walk away which is ideal for picnics and those of you who are bird watchers. There is a local market and plenty of friendly people from many different countries. It is not essential to have a car but if you want to explore other beaches and visit some of the areas near by then it would be recommended.
How to get there
Gran Alacant is only a ten minute drive south from Alicante airport. We can meet you at the airport and take you straight to your villa from 4 Euros per person (based on 4 sharing). BMI Baby, British Airways, Easy jet, Ryanair, Monach, Thompson and Jet2 all offer cheap flights from the UK into Alicante and Murcia airports. Car hire can be reserved for you to be collected at the airport or delivered to your villa from 125 Euros per week inclusive.

Further details indoors: This comfortable townhouse offers spacious accommodation spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a living/dining area with a table a chairs for 4 people, a double sofs settee and 2 armchairs. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen and a shower room with wc. The first floor is occupied by 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a family bathroom.
Further details outdoors: The property has a small garden and veranda plus a large balcony on the first floor with access from the master bedroom. The communal gardens and pool area is opposite and is a grea place to relax and soak in the sun. The Carabassi strip is a short walk away and has a great señection of bars and restaurants. The Gran Alacant Centro Commercial is a 3 minute drive away this is where our office is located next to supermarket Mercadona. There is a great selection of bars and restaurants to choose from including Spanish, English, Argentinian, Chinese, Italian and Indian cuisine.

Welcome packs can be provided in case of late arrivals. Golf and other activities such as scuba diving, horse riding, water sports, helicopter flights, hot air balloon rides which can be pre- booked please ask for prices. Car hire can be booked from €17 euros per day. Airport collections or meet and greet can be arranged from 5 euros per person. Private tours of the Costa Blanca highlights can be arranged from museums and castles to theme parks and water parks.
Conditions
Sorry no pets allowed unless otherwise agreed. Please no smoking inside the property. 20% is required to reserve this property for your dates. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival plus a refundable breakages deposit of 250 euros, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Our office staff are English, German and Spanish speaking and are always on hand in case of emergencies. Cots, high chairs, bicycles, golf clubs, wheelchairs can be hired for you.
