A well maintained holiday apartment , ideal for couples and families with wonderful views from the solarium.In an excellent location situated in a lovely complex with communal swimming pool, yet only 500m from a fabulous sandy beach which runs for 4km. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning.The fully furnished lounge/dining room has a double sofa bed,one easy chair, dining table and chairs, coffee table, sideboard,table lamp and uplighter, TV,DVD and Hi-fi cd and tape player. There is a fully fitted kitchen and utility room including a dishwasher ,microwave, standard oven, fridge/freezer. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and drawers.The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes.The fully tiled bathroom has bath with shower,wc ,bidet and vanity sink unit.The separate shower room also has wc , shower cubicle,vanity sink unit.Stairs go from the main lounge up to the solarium which covers the whole area of the apartment , the solarium has an outdoor shower,table ,6 chairs,4 sun loungers plus cushions and barbeque.

Gran Alacant is surrounded by the Clot de Galvany nature park, Los Arenales del Sol , the sand dunes of Carabassi Beach and Santa Pola.Just off the coast is the island of Tabarca , a sea nature reserve surrounded by crystal clear water. The nearby town of Elche has an historic centre with a famous large park noted for its palm trees. Five miles away, Alicante has a 16th century castle, Castillo Santa Barbara, designer shopping and excellent restaurants. There are many colourful fiestas throughout the year. Santa Pola has a thriving fishing port, long sandy beaches/promenade and a popular Saturday market with a vast array of goods for bargain hunters. The town has lively bars and excellent fish restaurants.
