In the main area of this 2 bedroom apartment you will find a dining area with table and 4 chairs lounge area which is equipped with 3 seater sofa bed, rocking chair, coffee table, CD/Stereo system, TV with UK Channels including SKY sports, DVD player and Air Conditioning.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, clothes dryer and Ironing board. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Bathroom with Bath, shower, WC, Bidet and wash hand basin.

Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps. There is a safe for your personal belongings.

The Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet with bedside lamp. Furnished to the highest quality.

Large roof terrace on second floor with BBQ, sun loungers and table and chairs which is accessed by spiral staircase and has stunning views of the plains and mountains. Front balcony with table and chairs. Communal Pool and a large sunbathing area, less than a 2 minute walk from this apartment.

Commercial Centre less then 2-minute walk from this property there are 3 large supermarkets, Restaurant's, Shops and Bars also within 5 minute drive, you will find more restaurants and bars for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.

The location of this property is perfect for a great family holiday or for golfing breaks. And within a 5 minute drive you have the choice of some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca. Self Catering can make for cheap holidays.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge.

There is also a returnable security deposit.

For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. please supply own beach towels.

There is a one off linen/final clean fee of 50 euro payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
