The complex is totally enclosed with security access. Features 2 double and 1 twin bedroom on the top floor, with balcony and en-suite from master. There are additional twin beds on the lower level, sleeps extra 2. There are 3 bathrooms in the house all with toilets, shower, bath.
Kitchen is fully fitted including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, microwave, oven and hob plus washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining area includes table and chairs for 6. The lounge has seating for 6 and has UK TV on 42” plasma.
The basement features seating for 6, 42” plasma TV (with UK TV) with surround sound plus USB media player with selection of recent top movies, Nintendo Wii + games, computer with WIFI internet access plus a pool table. Garden furniture and sun beds on the terrace and balconies, plus outdoor dining table overlooking BBQ area. Underground parking available plus spaces outside the complex. There are communal tennis courts and a football pitch.
The new Santa Pola Life Resort is only 50 metres away from the house! Available to the public all year round it features an excellent Supermarket, Butchers, Newsagent and Restaurants. Perfect for the winter months you can also make use of the resorts Indoor Swimming pool, Spa, Fitness Centre, Steam Room, Sauna and Massage & Beauty Treatments.
In addition the brand new Gran Alacant Pharmacy opened on the complex in October 2010.

There is a large patio at the front of the house featuring a full gas barbacue. There is a smaller patio at the rear plus a private balcony from the master bedroom on the upper floor. Sun loungers and outdoor seating are provided.

Deposit of £250 to reserve booking, this will also act as your security deposit, with the rest paid 6 weeks before entry date. With late bookings, total amount paid before entry date.
A refundable security desposit of €300 (£250) is required and will be paid back (providing no damage) 14 days after your holiday. A contract cleaner will visit the property on your departure and a cash sum of €100 should be left (Euro only) in the house for this purpose.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The house is located in Gran Alacant which is a suburb of Alicante, on the sun soaked region of Costa Blanca. Only a fifteen minute drive from the house is Alicante, it is the capital of the Costa Blanca and is the second largest city in the Valencian region, and is surrounded by mountainous terrain well as beautiful white beaches.
With over 320 days of sunshine per year and only a 15 minute drive from Alicante Airport makes Gran Alacant an ideal destination for your holiday or even a long weekend away.
The Gran Alacant / Don Pueblo area
The sandy beach is approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk from the house it is possible to walk along to the next resort of Los Areneles or along the coast the opposite way to Santa Pola. The beach is serviced with bars and sun lounger rental.
There are nine 18 hole golf courses within 10 to 45 minutes drive from the house.

I stayed in this villa with my children and extended family, I paid a 300 euro deposit along with 800 euro for the rental and 100 euro for cleaning when we left. this totals 1200 euro.The agent refused to give back my deposit as he said the villa needed an intensive clean, this information was provided by the "Cleaners". I or my family were insulted beyond belief as to our hygiene standards. This was my first and last time staying in a private villa. I spent my week keeping the villa clean and was agast to hear what he had to say, bear in mind I was told this in August. 400 euro to clean a villa in our economic climate is a joke.
I would just like to respond to this review.
Firstly the email conversation regarding the mess that was left was started on 22nd May so pretty much straight after your departure.
The cleaners arrived to find the house doors wide open, front and back.
The house was found to be in a real mess with food remains, cigarette buts, bottles and clothing left strewn across the house. The sandwich maker in the house had to be disgarded as it was in a real mess, leather suite was covered in food/drink marks, glass tables were badly scratched, marks all over the walls and 2 sun loungers went missing.
In all the time we have been renting the house out we have NEVER kept a deposit, but the damage to the house, replacement items (such as sandwich maker and sunloungers) plus the cleaning left us with a €380 bill to pay. Keeping the €300 deposit has still left us €80 short in the end but we decided just to draw a line under this.
As you will see from all of our other reviews and comments we provide a high standard house and personal service which every one of our guests have enjoyed. We have had nothing but positive feedback in the past and where people break items they own up or replace them before departing.
