In the main area of this Air- Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with two settees, coffee table, glass cabinet, TV with UK Sky channels.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, mircowave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

First Floor

Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed, two bedside cabinets and a built -in wardrobe and fan. Sun terrace with table, chairs and view of the sea.

Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet and a built - in wardrobe. Furnished to the highest quality.

Main bathroom with shower, spa bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

Large Roof terrace with table and chairs, stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding country side.

Close by and well within five minutes walk, you will find Supermarket, Restaurants where you can find Engish and Spanish cuisine. There are bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. And 5 minute drive there is a new commercial centre with three Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and Banks.

The location of this Villa is perfect for a great family holiday. Within 15 minute walk you have the choice of one of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off 45 Euro cleaning charge. Cot and Highchair hirer are also available
