As you enter the house you will find a large lounge / Diner with Large Comfortable Sofa, Chair and Glass Dining table and 4 chairs. TV , Video, DVD and CD player are available for guests. Through the Lounge Diner on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped Kitchen with washing Machine, fridge freezer , microwave and lots more. There is also a galleria where there are a number of children's inflatables and buckets and spades for younger guests. There is also a shower room with wc on this floor
3 Double bedrooms, Master bedroom has a full separate en suite bathroom It also has a balcony with views of the pool area.
The other bedrooms have 1 double bed and 2 single beds and have wardrobes and storage.There is also a family bathroom on this floor with bidet, shower , bath and WC.

Ideally located and very close to Alicante Airport, very close to Aqua parks, theme parks and the lively resort of Benidorm. Within 2 kilometres you will find the blue flag beaches of Santa Pola, carabassi and Los Arenales.
The house is ideally suited for those who want a relaxing holiday with all amenities very close by.The house is ideal for families and couples, the communal pool is the best you will find on any urbanisation and also has a separate children's pool. On the Urbanisation is a children's playground and green area.
A number of excellent golf courses are also close to the house, at Villamartin, Alicante and Bonalba.
Please note a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday. There is also a returnable damage deposit.

The Valenciana region
Costa Blanca enjoys an excellent climate, with it being confirmed as one of the best places to live by the World Health authorities.
There are many places to visit in the region including the picturesque town of Guadalest, The marine reserve at Tabarca Island and the lively resort of Benidorm.
For younger visitors the aquapark at Benidorm and the theme park at Tierra Mitica as well as the lovely Rio Safari in Santa Pola are a must.
Altomar 1 is a residential urbanisation very close to all amenities and blue flag beaches, there is also a naturist beach close by.
There are numerous bars, restaurants and commercial centres very close to the Urbanisation. Within the area you will find cuisine to meet all tastes. There is a market held on every Thursday within 500 metres of the house, which sells leather goods as well as fruit and vegetables.
In Santa Pola every Saturday there is a massive Market which is very popular with residents and holiday makers.
This is a fantastic holiday destination with something for everyone.

great area to stay. everything you need is near by. near to beach shops etc. the house is great. clean and good fittings and fixtures. extra items for your comfort ie; books games beach towels etc.… More

"Excellent holiday in a beautifully appointed Villa in a convenient location"
We have just returned from a weeks stay in Casa Cymraeg, we have had an excellent holiday, a beautifully appointed Villa, in an excellent location 10 minutes drive from the airport and conveniently located for visiting surrounding areas such as Alicante Old Town, Santa Pola, Guardamar and less than an hour away from Benidorm. All of which made it an extremely relaxing break. We hired a car, but the bus service and local train, offer extensive alternatives for getting about.
The Villa itself is fully equipped for a self catered holiday and furnished to the highest standard. The owners were incredibly helpful and provided us with extensive information/advice prior to our stay and even helped us to locate an additional Villa in the same road to accommodate grandparents. The location of the pool at the bottom of the road makes it an ideal setting for families, our children loved it and the pool was well maintained and provided many hours of entertainment, There is a wide range of bars and restaurants all within walking distance, which are reasonably priced and offer varied menus. The outdoor living space in terms of the patio at the front of the property and the sun terrace enhance the villa further.
I would not hesitate to recommend this beautifully appointed villa and as a family we look forward to re-booking.

"Ideal location, well kitted out house."
We enjoyed a conveniently located holiday in this comfortable house. The kitchen is spacious with full sized cooker and fridge/freezer. The local bus services take you to the beach, town or Alicante. Travelling by car gets you to lots of beaches,markets and other towns. The communal pool is accessed by key and is well maintained and supervised.
Plenty of local bars and restaurants within walking distance.
We were able to relax and get out and about, perfect for us.

"AMAZING HOLIDAY...AMAZING LOCATION...AMAZING HOUSE"
I stayed here August this year for a week with my partner, the house was immaculate with everything you could need for a self catered holiday. lounge/kitchen area was lovely and comfortable, complete with tv, dining table and fully equipped kitchen area.
The beautiful stair case leads up to two decent size bedrooms and a master bedroom with ensuite. The bathrooms were spotless, couldn't fault it at all.
To top it off there is a great roof terrace with beautiful views.
The swimming pool is about a 30 second walk to the end of the street, very safe and secure as you need a pass key to get in. the grassed areas are really lovely and there was plenty of room for everyone. There were loungers provided to take to the pool and beach.
There are some nice bars and restaurants close by that serve good food I would say within a 5 minute walking distance.
Over all a great holiday had by both of us and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone
