Situated in a great location in Gran Alacant being close to the sea, numerous bars and restauarants (even an English supermarket in case you are missing anything). The Montymar complex is popular for holidaymakers due to the modern feel of the homes and the safe (key entry and high gates) communal pool with great views. The area makes a great base for exploring the Costa Blanca being so close to the airport and the sea and neighbouring resorts of Alicante and Santa Pola.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The local area has recently been named one of the healthiest places in the world in which to live by the world health organisation and is a superb destination for holiday’s with its stunning scenery, beautiful beaches and wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The area is easy to get to, just a 10 minute drive from Alicante or 50 minutes from Murcia airport. There is a nature reserve which is popular for bird watching and walking, a nearby safari park, a shopping plaza, and makes a good base to explore the local caves, Island of Tabarca, Callosa mountains, the views from Guardalest, the Benidorm theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and the Mundo Mar marina animal park), Benidorm Zoo and excursions such as horse riding, a hot air balloon ride or jeep safari or even a day trip to Ibiza. It has a good choice of sporting activities from kite surfing to scuba diving. There are a number of championship golf courses within a short drive including the Bonalba golf resort and spa, and fishing trips are available from the Harbour. Nearby there are the resorts of Santa Pola and Alicante. Santa Pola is a traditional Spanish resort with long sandy beaches, while Alicante is historical yet cosmopolitan with a lovely harbour and promenade, the Santa Barbara castle, a number of museums and is good for shopping.
Gran Alacant / Monte Y Mar area
Gran Alacant sits in between Alicante and Santa Pola which is a very popular Spanish resort. The beaches stretch for miles and the scenary from Gran Alacant looking down on the Mediterranean and across to Alicante is stunning. There are numerous restauarants to choose from including: Argentinian, Chinese, English, Indian, Irish, Italian and of course some lovely Spanish tapas and fish restaurants. Some great activities can be found nearby with a local amusement park, hang gliding and water sports to name just a few.
How to get there
Gran Alacant is only a ten minute drive south from Alicante airport.
BMI Baby, British Airways, Easy jet, Ryanair, Monach, Thompson and Jet2 all offer cheap flights from the UK into Alicante and Murcia airports.

Basement has 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds and 2 sofa beds. !st floor has main bathroom a twin bedroom and the Master bedroom which leads out onto a balcony. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets etc
Further details outdoors: The property has a 1st floor balcony and a roof top solarium with fantastic views. There is also a small garden and drive for the car. The communal pool area is behind the property and can be seen from the solarium there is room for sunbathing and there is also a children's pool area. The complex is in a nice quite and relaxed setting with very little traffic and no noise, the local supermarket is only a five minute walk.

Welcome packs can be provided in case of late arrivals. Golf and other activities can be pre- booked please ask for prices. Car hire can be booked from €17 euros per day. Airport collections or meet and greet can be arranged. Private tours of the Costa Blanca highlights can be arranged.

Sorry no smoking inside the property. 200 euros is required to reserve this property for your dates. Our office staff are English and Spanish speaking and are always on hand in case of emergencies. Cots, high chairs, bicycles, golf clubs, wheelchairs can be ordered.

You can pay by credit/debit card (1% bank charge) or bank transfer. 200 euro reservation deposit is required at time of booking. Balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a returnable damage deposit of 200 euros which is refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
