Delightful 2 Bed Town House

A wonderful well presented 2 bedroom 3 bathrooms town house in the Lovely Gran Alacant, area of Santa Pola which has a beautiful beach within 15 mins walk or a short car journey. There is a huge communal pool within 2 mins of the house where there is a large grassed sunbathing area and a play area for the kids, which is safe for all the family.

There are shops and bars locally which offer a variety of entertainment most evenings but Benidorm and Alicante with their abundance of bars and restaurants are a short car journey or taxi ride.

There is also a regular bus and taxis services into the beautiful vibrant and cosmopolitan city of Alicante All the rooms and Living room are fully furnished .

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.This is a non-smoking house

Gran Alacant is ideally placed for relaxing get away from it all holiday. For sun worshippers carabassi beach is just 15 minute stroll away where you can get an all-over tan. The property includes all the necessary items that you would need for a self – catering holiday, ideally situated for relaxing family beach holiday or golf and water sport.

The casino of Villajoyosa is a short distance away which offers shows most weekends. The property has security gates, doors with a buzzer systems, private parking with semi-landscaped front garden areas. The house itself is quite cool, there is a spacious lounge area as you walk in with a dining area and kitchen. Stairs lead you to two bedrooms upstairs there are 3 bathrooms. The property is well maintained and in a perfect position.

Conditions

The property is suitable for small children as garden is secure and gated
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house but is permitted outside

A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required and is refunded within 14 days of your stay on approval of our Property Manager

A payment of 60 euros is required for cleaning and is paid locally on departure

A 25% booking fee is required with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay

The Gran Alacant / Puerto Marino area

The next town after Gran Alacant is Santa Pola. There are 6 beaches numerous cafes and a fishing port. Some other towns to visit are Elche, La Marina,Guardamar and Torrevieja which all have beautiful beaches.
North of Gran Alicant is Alicante a beautiful town with bars, restaurants, shopping centres and a busy port with lots of luxurious boats.

Benidorm is only 30min drive away from Alicante with its beautiful beaches, bars and plenty of restaurants and shopping by the beach.

Gran Alacant is just 10 mins from Alicante El Altet airport by car or taxi. Despite its closeness the house is well
away from the flight path which goes out to sea.

There are numerous budget airlines to Alicante from all UK airports, Easyjet, Flybe, Monarch,Thomson, BA etc.
Car hire is available at the airport and it pays to book online before departure we use Primercars or Solmar.
If you do not wish to drive, Taxis are available at the airport and are inexpensive or we can arrange for our house manager to pick you up, the price is about 20euros. A car is not absolutely essential. ( Directions to property will be emailed upon confirmation of booking ).
