A well positioned for all the local amenities. This fully fitted 3 bedroom townhouse has air con and a modern kitchen to suit all needs. The main bedroom has a balcony /terrace ,double built in wardrobe with 4 drawer chest 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and built in wardrobe the third bedroom is in the basement which contains a 2 seater sofa, this leads to the bedroom area were there are two single beds, a double wardrobe, chair, mirror rug, all rooms have bedside cupboards and lamps.
A large tiled front garden is great to sit out in for dining and also the use of the barbecue. We also have a large roof solarium on the roof were there are fantastic views of the sea and beach, you can also sun bath privately here or have some evening drinks there.
We also have a travel cot and stair gates and high chair so is child friendly.
A good starting point to explore the many coastal towns and inland attractions to be found within easy driving distances

A,clean property with aircon/heating in the bedrooms and the lounge. A full bathroom with bidet on the first floor and a shower room with toilet and wash basin on the ground floor. The roof solarium is tiled and covers the whole roof area.There is a table with chairs plus 2 loungers. The stairs have handrails fitted also.

In the front garden there is a large area to sit a very pleasant area to have breakfast,evening meal chat with a glass of wine.There is a table ,4chairs and a large sun shade .The communal pool is a 1min walk away and has a main pool and a children's area.The area around the pool is grassed and there are various trees to give a little shade.It is only used by the residents and you will be given your own key on arrival.The property has full grills and locking grill doors for your added security. Smoking allowed outside of the property
On same day Arrivals and Departures we ask guests to vacate the property by 10:00am and new arrivals can go into the property after 15:00.
There is an additional Laundry & Cleaning charge of €50 for up to 5 adults and €5 per person after that for . This fee is not included in the rental charge, and must be paid locally by the tenants at the start of your stay .
The Valenciana region
If you would like to explore the Costa Blanca coast from Torrevieja up to the region of Valencia, Gran Alacant is a great place to start. Santa Pola is only a few km south, It is a very Spanish town which has its own fishing fleet giving it a good selection of fish restaurants which serve fish caught that day. Also from here you can catch a boat trip to the small island Tabarca, which runs several times a day. On the coastal road are towns and villages that all have easy access and are well worth a visit. One of them is Torrevieja, a mixture of the old and new. Here you will find the old town with its marina, cafes, narrow streets with shops and bars. Also a nice place to go to is Elche. It is very close to Gran Alacant and is renowned for its palms and ferns. A 10 minutes drive you will come to the city of Alicante.You need to put aside a full day but you wont be disappointed .You will see great buildings,fountains,shops,cafes, beach and a large marina.There are numerous large shopping malls and car parks are cheap and easy to find.Carry on up the coast and you will find Villajoyosa and Benidorm. A nice place to visit is Calpi. It has a wide sea front with lots of cafes and bars. All the towns and cities have their weekly markets. Some are big and some small. Days of markets can be found in the Gran Alacant Advertiser or in the Costa Blanca News, which you can find at most supermarkets and tobacconists.
Gran Alacant can offer you the best of all worlds. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, laying by the pool, a nice walk on the beach, this is the holiday place for you. Also for a great meal out, there is a large variety of restaurants ranging from fish & chips, chinese and curries to local spanish dishes and tapas.
In the numerous local bars, you can find karaoke, darts or pub quizzes. The local area has numerous banks, supermarkets, internet cafes, opticians and pharmacies and a 24 hours shop. There is also plenty to do for those looking for something more active including numerous water sports and para gliding.
The Carabassi beach, just a few minutes away by car it is one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. Miles of unspoilt golden sand with sand dunes. You can walk, drive or simply eat in one of the cafes/bars in the nearby resort town of Los Arenales with its wonderful promenade.
There are a lot of places here for you to visit, too many to mention, but do include Santa Pola, Guardamar and Orihueila close by and further afield Benidorn and Guadalest. Although a car is not necessary it is advisable to rent one to gain the full benefit of the region.

"Fantastic value, very comfortable"
Was recommended this property by a friend.
The house was extremely clean and spacious with big bedrooms, a bathroom, a living area with satellite tv. The kitchen was equipped with everything you neededl. The area was quiet but close enough to beaches, groceries and gas stations that was within 5 minutes driving distance.
The stay was practically perfect, really couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay there again when I return to Gran Alacant and would recommend it everyone!

"Excellent property in a nice area!!"
I was out in Spain to do some filming for a friend of mine and managed to find this little place. Daniel was a great guy to deal with. He gave me some great info about the local area, which actually helped with my filming. Having the beach just down the road was brilliant, and what a beach... Loved it. The property was clean and well equipped and i loved having the roof terrace.
Thanks for all your help while i was in Spain Dan, i will definitely be back!!!

"Brilliant family holiday home"
I went to stay in this house with 4 adults and 3 children. Besides the great weather The house was perfect set out for familys. Like the use of stair gates a high chair and a travelbed/cot. We had a nice sunny garden with bbq and a roof terras. A big pool behind the house and everything we needed at walking distance. A great holiday and value for money!! We defenately will come again. All had a great time.

"Disappointed & disgusted family of 4"
The property had a number of problems - leaking air con unit in lounge which was a potential danger, broken & unmade beds in basement, broken sofa bed in lounge, along with foul smelling cushions, kitchen very cramped with no space, foul smelling bedding & pillows, a cockroach crawling over bedding, potentially others, did not want to look. A pervading damp smell throughout the house. Personal belongings found under beds & in cupboards. The shower room had a terrible smell of dampness.
This is advertised as a 3 bedroom property but we could only use 2 of them due to the disgusting state of the basement room. As a result of all the problems stated we could only stay one night out of our 14 nights booked. The owner has dismissed all our complaints and has failed to offer any recompense despite numerous emails to him. The owner has only offered us the security deposit for which we are still waiting.
I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.
We appreciate all feedback positive and negative and we are allways trying to improve. Unfortunately these guest arrived at the property late afternoon and were shown around with no complaint at this point. The next morning after being at the property less than 24hr they decided to leave and with a list of complaints they mentioned this gave us no opportunity to sort out any of the defects they describe. When we did investigate we found one bed leg that was wobbly and rectified straight away, the air conditioner was tested by a local engineer who said if it is +30 outside and you put it on full cool you will get some moisture so said no problem there. We could not find any cockroach at the property, and all the linen was fresh and clean. In reality we believe they had found alternative accommodation and was too late to cancel ours as it is peak season and they managed to find another 3 bedroom property without seeing it and within 24hrs of arriving.

"Stunning villa and location, would thoroughly recommend."
We spent a week in this villa in July 2012 and our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed and located near to all the restaurants, bars and shops. We highly recommend Dragon 2 and Patagonia where the food is delicious. Only one minute walk from the communal pool which was very well kept and our kids loved the little road train that runs to the beach every half hour. Carabassi beach is beautiful. We spent most evenings on the front terrace chatting, eating and drinking which was fantastic and the views from the villa roof terrace are second to none. Claire the key holder was great and so helpful giving us lots of information on the area and arranging our taxis to the airport, thanks Claire! A wonderful holiday and we can't wait to go back.

"Clean, spacious, well-kept property in good location"
The house was conveniently situated, only a minute's walk to the pool and 10 minutes to the local bars and restaurants. We were met by Claire who was extremely helpful and even gave us a lift to the local British supermarket as the local Spanish one was closed as it was a Sunday. We spent 4 days there and it's the ideal place for a short break due to its close proximity to the airport. Would like to return.

"Best Vista of Gran Alicante and surrounding area."
I was glad we were met off the N322 and led to the property, with so may properties looking similar in the area I doubt if we would have found it. Whilst the House was compact it had everything we required, we especially like the roof top which had spectacular views over the surrounding area from the mountains down to the sea. Initally we thought the location was away from everything but having mastered the one way system in Gran Alicante we found we were close to shops, restaurants and Carabassi beach which is excellent. Whilst everything is walkable I would recommend a car.
