Home description
This beautiful detached villa with private pool stands on a substantial corner plot in the popular Gran Alacant location.
On entering the property you will first be taken by the spacious open plan design. Relax in the dedicated lounge area and take meals in the equally large dining area which leads to a fully equipped kitchen.
From the lounge you are able to access the second double bedroom with it´s own en suite shower and wc. A staircase leads to two further bedrooms, one "housing " two single beds and the other being the villas " master" double bedroom. Pass through the rooms glass doorway onto the substantial terrace / solarium complete with table and chairs and enjoy day long sunshine and fantastic views.
Alternatively pass the day alongside the villas own private pool and in the evening enjoy a bbq located in a different area of the villas ample grounds.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is well known for it´s fantastic climate, it´s beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or the towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful, markets, shops, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas.
Alicante, just a short journey away, is a thriving cosmopolitan city with a grand historic centre, El Barrio, and fantastic Blue Flag beaches. The harbour oozes with bars, restaurants and café's, it's a great place to while away the day, sipping sangria and watching the boats coming and going.
Leave the shopping until you get there because there are some great shops on Calle de Gerona and you can pick up some fantastic bargains at the massive market, held here every Thursday and Saturday.
Gran Alacant area
The residential coastal area of Gran Alacant overlooks the Mediterranean sea and out to the island of Tabarca and is located between the beach of Los Arenales and the coastal town of Santa Pola. All amenities, shops and services are close by.
This is a region of a Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a breath taking views and wonderful places to discover like medieval villages full of antiques, art, craft.
Nearest beach is Playa Carabassi with beach bars and beach side walk to the town of Santa Pola through the nature reserve, The nearest market is held in Gran Alacant on thursdays from 9 till 2 and Santa Pola market is held on a saturday also 9 till 2 only a 10 min bus ride away.
Local nature reserve is within a short walk, there is also a theme park with prices from 12 to 20 euros for a family, this park is in Santa Pola a 10 min drive away, and the park is only open at night when it is cooler. Opening times vary, but there are many information centres where you may get this information. Also close by is the safari park Rio Safari, lots of animals. shows, a train ride, and a pool area with slides etc, these are open in the summer only, prices start at around 18 euros.
In Gran Alacant there are many shops, bars and restaurants, and the supermarket Super Valu is a mere 5 min walk away, behind this supermarket is a square with bars, restaurants and a bowling club, then from there the GA centre is a 5 min walk with many bars etc, here you will also find the local bus stop, where you can go into either Santa Pola or Alicante.
But this is also an area for a fun and sport lovers. You can enjoy both cycling along the rural paths, walking for hours breathing a fresh air, horse riding, fishing or playing golf.
How to get there
One of Spain´s principal gateway airports ( Alicante ), served by the most popular low cost and national airlines, is just a 10 minute drive away.
