The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is well known for itīs fantastic climate, itīs beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or the towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful, markets, shops, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas.
Alicante, just a short journey away, is a thriving cosmopolitan city with a grand historic centre, El Barrio, and fantastic Blue Flag beaches. The harbour oozes with bars, restaurants and café's, it's a great place to while away the day, sipping sangria and watching the boats coming and going. Leave the shopping until you get there because there are some great shops on Calle de Gerona and you can pick up some fantastic bargains at the massive market, held here every Thursday and Saturday.
Gran Alacant area
The residential coastal area of Gran Alacant overlooks the Mediterranean sea and out to the island of Tabarca and is located between the beach of Los Arenales and the coastal town of Santa Pola. All amenities, shops and services are close by.
