This superb townhouse not far from the beach sleeps 6 and has all you need to have a fanastic holiday.Hot & cold air conditioning and ceiling fans (a must July-August),a fully furnished lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen .All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample drawer space.The main bedroom has a small balcony with good views of Alicante & the sea ideal for that 1st coffee/tea in the morning.The tiled bathroom has a bath with shower,wc,bidet & vanity sink unit.The shower room also has a wc,sink & vanity unit.The solarium which covers the whole area of the townhouse has a table ,chairs and sun loungers. With one double and two twin bedrooms it is ideal for families and couples with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay,Local buses will take you into Alicante and Santa Pola.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca's most appealing feature has to be its climate - mild winters and hot summers with low humidity. It attracts many tourists every year with activities to suit everyone's needs (golf,waterparks,kitesurfing,jet skiing,diving,snorkling,fishing and nature reserves).The average temperature even during winter rarely falls below 16 C and the height of summer of at least 30 C but with the cool sea breeze it reduces the temperature to a more comforable level.
The area of Gran Alacant is situated very close to the cities of Alicante and Elche. Well worth a visit are the palm gardens of Elche and a large shoe factory , where you can watch shoes made the traditional way.
Alicante has a wealth of history ready to be explored and a beautiful marina. Visit the beautiful Santa Barbara castle overlooking the port, take in a spot of lunch in one of Alicante Old Town's many shady squares, followed by a dip in the sea and a leisurely stroll along the promenade. Tempting is'nt it? For those of you wanting a more active evening there are many clubs to be found in Alicante but be warned the normal opening times are late!! These are just a few of the attractions of Alicante.
Close by is Santa Pola with its many beaches , a vibrant fishing port with impressive castle and fortress which dates from the 16th century. A stroll and a coffee in one of the many cafes along the promenade rounds off the day. There is also a large market every Saturday & Monday morning selling everything from fruit & veg to clothes,leather bags, shoes and so much more,
For that boat ride take a trip to the Tabarca Island, Benidorm Island or the Islands of Mar Menor.Visit the local market where they sell everything from fruit and veg to clothes Inland from Santa Pola is Elche with its numerous palm gardens and shoe factory outlets. Further down the coast is La Marina,Guardamar and Torrevieja all excellent resorts with clean safe beaches
40 minutes drive away is Benidorm with its two beautiful beaches as well as its nightlife,shops,bars and restaurants.Enjoy Benidorm's two theme and waterparks.Terra Mitica and Aqualandia.There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the young ones.
Gran Alacant / Monte Y Mar area
Gran Alacant can offer you the best of both worlds. For those looking for a relaxing holiday lounging by the pool, a walk on the beach or just a quiet meal in the near by restaurants (which serve a large variety of cuisines English,Italian,Chinese,Indian and the more traditional tapas), then this is ideal.
If karaoki or pub quizzes are your thing pop down to the numerous bars (only 5 minutes walk) or for clubs pop into Alicante.The local amenities have numerous banks,supermarkets,internet cafes,opticians and pharmacies.There is also plenty to do for those looking for something more active including numerous water sports . The Carabassi beach, just a few minutes away is one of the loveliest beaches on the Costa Blanca.Several miles of totally unspoilt golden sand edged by sand dunes.You can walk, drive or simply eat in one of the cafes/bars in the nearby resort town of Los Arenales with its wonderful promenade.With excellent views of the sea and Alicante bay a sight not to be missed !! Away from the beach is the Clot de Galvany nature park an area of natural beauty with picnic areas popular with the locals.
The whole area is full of places to visit - too many to mention but do include Santa Pola,Elche,Guardamar and Orihueila close by and further afield Benidorn and Guadalest.Although a car is not necessary it is advisable to reap the benefit from this region.

Further details indoors: This townhouse has everything you need for a great holiday.With its fully equipped kitchen and a cosy through lounge/diner with satellite tv, dvd & stereo it's great for kids & adults alike, ideal after a hectic day at the beach or pool. All windows & doors have netting to prevent being pestered by mosqitos.
Further details outdoors: The front terrace (a real suntrap) has a table and 6 chairs .If the beach does'nt appeal then relax on a sunbed on the roof solarium which has wonderful views of the surrounding area, or just chill around the communal pool only 1 minute away (sunbeds can be taken down and there is also some shade for the young ones).The roof solarium is ideal for eating alfresco after a day in the sun. Parking at the townhouse is not a problem.
