About the home
Our holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday yet is only a 15 minute ride away from the vibrant nightlife of Alicante City. The beach is a 5 minute walk into Arenales del Sol where there are plenty of spanish bars & restaurants for you to choose from. You are also within walking distance to Gran Alacant. The complex has a communal pool. The roof terrace is very spacious ( 47 sq mtrs ) with the sun on it all day long. It has a solar shower on the terrace for your convenience. From the solarium you can enjoy stunning views of the mountains & sea with a table & chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Coastal area between Alicante and Santa pola, unspoilt natural sandy beaches. Great base for all you golfers there are many fabulous courses from within a 15minute drive for you to choose from. Many typical Spanish Towns and places of interest within easy driving distance. Buses and train links to all destinations such as Benidorm and Valencia.
The Gran Alacant / Altomar 111 area
Los Arenales/Gran Alacant is surrounded by the Clot de Galvany nature park (200 metres from the apartment).
Just off the coast is the island of Tabarca, a sea nature reserve surrounded by cystal clear water. The nearby Town of Elche has a historic centre with a famous large park noted for its palm trees.
Alicante is a beautiful city with a 16th century castle, large Marina, many excellent restaurants, designer shops, shopping malls and lively nightlife.

Fly to Alicante- Altomar 111 is only 7 km from the airport but it is not in the flight path.
Cheap flights available to Alicante from many airlines. I.E www.easyjet.com. Detailed directions will be forwarded on how to reach the property by car.
Car hire is available at the Airport, we use Europa Gold car hire & get a discount if booked on line before hand.
We offer a Taxi service at a reasonable price to & from the Airport with the advantage of a personal hand over by a British couple who manage the property for us. please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
