Home description
The property is 10 minutes drive from Alicante airport and was built in 2006 comprising of 4 floors. The bottom floor which is below ground level is the basement and this is at present for the owners use only. The first floor contains the kitchen, outdoor washing area, shower room, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and all the other usual utensils. The lounge has the benefit of a TV/DVD, HiFi and a full Sky Television package at no extra cost to you. The property has the benefit of air conditioning both downstairs and in both of the bedrooms. The temperature can be set at between 16 and 30 degrees. There is a remote control for each unit.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a safety deposit box where you can store your personal belongings such as passport and money etc.
The main bedroom also has its own little balcony. If you look directly ahead over the houses opposite you can see the mountains in the distance and also Alicante Airport to the North. To the North West you can see the neighbouring resort of Los Arenales and then to the East you can see the wonderful Carabassi beach and the good old Med!
The main bathroom is also located on the second floor. Bath, hand towel, a hairdryer and bedlinen are provided.
Finally, you will find the large solarium on the top floor. This is complete with tables/chairs and quality sun loungers for your use.
The property benefits from the use of a communal swimming pool which is located behind the property. To get there simply walk out of the front door turn right and then after the second house along turn right up the alleyway and the pool is a 30 second walk away.
