Located Poolside our luxury villa has 217m2 of space, arguably one of the largest in the area and easily able to house 8. The private gated development in which it is set has an Andalusian feel beautifully situated between the sea and the hills and conveniently located for beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. The property commands views of the pool to the front and the sports courts to the rear and is near south facing enjoying sun on any of the 5 terraces including the roof solarium.
The property boasts FREE WIFI (on request), a large living area, separate large modern kitchen diner, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedroom, 5 terraces.
For those with children there are stair gates, microwave steriliser, baby monitor, 2 travel cots, bed guards, 2 strollers, baby utensils and high chair all available FREE OF CHARGE. The basement chill out area contains a soft play area for toddlers with toys, separate table football, full size table tennis table, PlayStation 2, Xbox360 and Nintendo Wii - with games.
We are pleased to offer our house for family holidays that have the additional benefits of size, security and facilities both inside and outside the house. Our flexible approach means that the house will be set up to your exact requirements and we will always endeavour to let you arrive and leave in accordance with your travel arrangements [subject to availability] guaranteeing the maximum use of your holiday time.
On arrival, you will instantly feel a sense of quality and security whether you have parked in our secure underground car park or as you approach the property through one of the perimeter gates and along one of the private, lit paved walkways. The community boasts a large communal swimming pool that consists of 3 portions, Jacuzzi, adult pool and a child pool set in a beautiful landscaped mature garden. The community also caters for the more energetic with a full size tennis court [racquets & balls supplied] and a separate football pitch. All of these areas are STRICTLY for residents only.
Having three young children ourselves, we came to purchase this property after finding it was virtually impossible to locate an affordable family sized property to rent, which offered the important features of size, safety, security, amenities and flexibility. We decided to make our home available for rent and our guest feedback tells us that we have achieved our goal to provide all of those things set against a backdrop of sun within a relaxing environment to spend pure quality time in. Many of our bookings now come from repeat business or recommendations.
Trouble free holiday: We have furnished our property to create a “home from home” environment with quality furniture, fixtures and fittings including WIFI on request. This is very much a location for those wishing to relax either with family or as a couple. This is not a lively urbanisation although there is plenty of entertainment, bars and restaurants locally. For this reason and out of respect for our neighbours we can not take large single sex bookings.
Ground Floor: There are 2 comfortable large sofas a flat screen TV, Media player with a large collection of films for all tastes and ages. Patio doors to the two tiered front terrace which has its own large table and six chairs for alfresco dining, plus loungers for sunbathing. A full width awning allows the top tier terrace to remain shaded. The spacious kitchen diner is luxuriously appointed and fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor. There is an extendible dining table and six high back chairs. Leading from the kitchen is a utility area, which houses the washing machine. Patio doors lead to the rear patio. There is also a toilet and shower on this level.
First Floor: There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds. Both rooms have bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes. Each bedroom is large enough to house travel cots. Patio doors lead to individual patio areas with seating. The master bathroom with “his and her” sinks is finished to a high standard with marble vanity tops to compliment the five piece suite.
Basement: This level, the entire footprint of the house contains the third bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and window for natural light and ventilation. Adjoining the bedroom is the chill out space designed for the sole purpose of entertaining. This area contains everything to keep the young and old entertained on the odd night in. There is a soft play section for babies and toddlers, table football, a full size table tennis table, a Playstation 2 with Eye Toy and Dance Mat, Xbox360 and Nintendo Wii complete with a selection of games. The flat screen TV also plays films and music via USB should guests wish to bring their own. There is also the ability to sleep a further two people here on a sofa bed or single pull up beds.
Roof top: A Private sunbathing area complete loungers, chairs and charcoal BBQ. There are far reaching views towards the sea and across Alicante which are particularly impressive on a clear night.
Assisting guests to get best value: We recognise that not all cheap flights arrive on a Saturday, we will accommodate flexible changeovers where possible however, these are subject to bookings already received.
The same flexibility applies to arrival and departure times. Guests should have the maximum time to enjoy their holiday and not have to wait around in an airport with baggage and children. Again, this is subject to bookings already received. Any length of stay can be catered for. Remember, WIFI and use of all baby and toddler equipment is inclusive too.

There are plenty of activities locally for all ages and abilities, facilities such as Pola Park, Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar, Aqualandia, zoo, Go-karting, Horse Riding, Cycling, Nature Walks, Paragliding, Water sports, beach volleyball, and sea front play areas provide variety for those wanting action, marina, outlet shopping, scenic drives, sight seeing, scuba diving, fishing, mountain biking, golf or just a relaxing day at the beach or pool.
Golf Courses are a huge and popular feature of Spain as the weather provides some great all year golfing. Many picturesque courses, some of which host championships, include Alenda Golf, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and La Finca These are all within easy reach of our property and cater for all abilities. There are many on the Costa Blanca, fees are paid locally and are between 20-50 Euros.
Gran Alacant is a community situated between Alicante and Santa Pola on the sun drenched region of the Costa Blanca. Renowned for it's healthy climate, the Costa Blanca boasts an average of over 320 days of sunshine per year.
The restaurants of Gran Alacant will cater for all tastes offering a range of cuisine from Spanish to Italian, Chinese, Mexican and British. The bars offer live music, sport or a more homely feel. During peak seasons the beach bars open offering a fantastic setting for a relaxed evening against the backdrop of the Mediterranean. You can be at the beach within 5 mins by car or 20 mins on foot however owing to the geography the walk can be steep in places.
The local shops, butchers and supermarkets (also sell fresh bread baked that morning) are a 2 minute walk from the property.
