Accommodation comprises a large family lounge with patio doors opening out onto a Terraced area and garden. Fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room and downstairs WC. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (master en suite) and a family bathroom and two twin bedrooms. Outside there is ample off road parking and and an L shaped lawned garden with open space surrounding and glorious views stretching for miles over uninterrupted Cornish countryside. The garden has a spacious patio and barbecue for outside dining and relaxing whilst watching the magnificent sunsets.

Truro is only 8 miles away while the Eden Project can be reached in 20 minutes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey are both very close by as is the beautiful Roseland Peninsular. A mere 30 minutes drive to the north is the gorgeous sandy beach of Watergate bay, which is also home to Jamie Oliver's "Fifteen" restaurant, or the ever popular Newquay, perfect for a days surfing.

Situated on the edge of Grampound Village; which offers an excellent Chinease Restaurant, traditional pub, Post Office, and local shop all within a very short walk. This holiday home appeals to all ages and will not disappoint.

This lovely 4 bedroom detached house is the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall. Offering spacious, comfortable accommodation for both families and friends alike.

The Grampound area

Here you can walk the cliffs or riverbanks, swim off the beaches, browse the shops, sail, windsurf, water ski, dive. snorkel, fish and bird watch. During the warmer months there are carnivals and fetes, regattas and gig racing, not to mention the heavy horse show and all the wonderful gardens open to the public.
