The villa has 4 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms, an air-conditioned TV room with double sofa bed, lounge looking onto the pool, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ pit, Gazebo for Al fresco dining while listening to the Caribbean sea.

Relax and take in the stunning sea views and sunsets or take a 2 minute walk onto the Grafton Beach for a swim in the warm Caribbean Sea.

The Grafton / Black Rock area

One of the best Carnivals is held in Trinidad & Tobago in February and attended by visitors from all over the World.
A tour around the island is a must, stopping off at the different bays and beach to take a dip in the warm Caribbean sea, or you could cool off in the Argile water falls.

The scenery is stunning with a camera stop around every corner, you will really enjoy it.

Great place to stay on the island. The villa is only a short stroll from the beach and has fantastic views over the sea from almost all of the bedrooms. Villa cleaned regularly during our stay together with pool by friendly helpful people.

The villa contains all that you need to stay there, including books etc. Air con in all bedrooms means that you get a good nights sleep.

Black rock is ideally located as a base on the island.

Really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back there. (need to save up first)

Island also excellent for weddings.

Turtle beach just a short drive away although turtles do nest on the local beach.

My wife and I spent 10 fabulous days at Sunset Reef in January of 2006 with 5 other family members gathered for a family reunion. It was absolutely perfect for the purpose, with four spectacular bedrooms (each with its own bath), privacy, well-equipped kitchen, pool and barbecue. It is a beautifully maintained house with a cottage feel overlooking Grafton beach. We ate every meal in the gazebo enjoying the views. It is much closer to Grafton beach than it looks in pictures, literally a 2 minute walk from the fabulous restaurant at the Sea Horse Inn, and a short walk to a bird sanctuary. You fall asleep listening to the surf.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Tobago 10 years before and wanted my mother, sisters and their husbands to experience Tobago. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in the vicinity, which is one of the best on the island because of it's proximity to Pigeon Point and Buccoo Reef, as well as Grafton beach. The management is fantastic and made car rentals, etc, a breeze. The TV lounge and indoor dining room went unused. It is well worth the cost.

I would be happy to share,But I have to say by far the most pleasurable is the one I have just experienced at Sunset Reef Black rock Tobago .
The very name conjures up dreams of a romantic Villa with fabulous sunsets and
an atmosphere of a well earned Caribbean holiday .And it truly is.
I probably would never had found this place had I not been eavesdropping on a conversation in Coco restaurant by two couples who had just returned for a second stay at Sunset Reef.
The Villa boasts exactly what it says it has,spectacular views,wonderful sunsets,beautiful air conditioned rooms,private grounds,a beautiful kidney shaped pool and wait for this!?--A genuine English Red Telephone Box adjacent to the pool for your shower,Honestly!.
Pippa my wife is naturally concerned about security ,however we were relieved to find more than adequate security systems installed,cameras,burglar alarm,and a secured fence around,the property is within sight of a good class hotel and their security services. The RESULT .Two weeks of Heaven!
