The South Wales / Swansea/Bridgend/Neath region

Designated as Britain’s first area of outstanding natural beauty, Gower has probably the most beautiful coastline in the United Kingdom.
Although small, the area is rightly famed for its large number of beautiful beaches. However, there is much more to Gower than just a beach lover's haven. The Gower also offers wonderful countryside with over 400 miles of public rights of way, stunning villages, historic woodlands and atmospheric castles. In this landscape, unchanged for centuries, wild ponies roam across Europe's most spectacular seascape scenery.
The Gower area
The house is conveniently located at a central point for all of the Gower beaches. Penclawdd is a small fishing village and offers a number of local amenities. From here the wonderful surfing of Llangennith beach is only 15 minutes away.
Similarly, the spectatcular beauty of Worms Head and Rhosilli beach are only a short car ride away. Three Cliffs Bay, nominated as one of the best views in Wales, is within easy reach, as is the idyllic swimming beach at Oxwich Bay.
