Stunning self catering property located just 4.5 miles from the pretty town of Gort in lovely rolling countryside with wonderful views in every direction. The beautiful south facing two storey conservatory makes the property a bright and sunny house. It proudly stands on several lush green acres and is in a beautiful quiet area.
This comfortable two bedroom holiday rental is ideal for a family getaway, outdoor activity holiday, or just to get back to nature. Architect designed, and very private, with underfloor heating included in cost. It faces south and the owner lives 150 metres away should you need any advice.
It is fully wheelchair accessible on the ground floor with all the disabled facilities.
All the domestic equipment is new and of the best quality, as is the furnishing. The kitchen and sitting room are open plan.
Half a mile from the house is Ballyturn lake, which is great for fishing or canoeing but not suitable for swimming. However the lake one mile past that is ideal for swimming and perfect for children due to its sandy shallow shoreline.
McCarthys pub is 15mins walk away, the perfect place to enjoy a pint of Guinness and a chat.
This beautiful holiday home has two comfortable bedrooms. For your convenience bed linen and towels are supplied free. When night falls, relax together in front of a traditional open fire. It has the added facility of a sofa bed that sleeps two.
For shopping, Gort is 10 minutes drive away, sporting an excellent health food shop along with a couple of supermarkets and newsagents etc.
The surrounding area of Gort boasts a wealth of attractions including Coole Park, The Burren, Yeats Tower, Kiltartan Museum, Devils Punchbowl and plenty more to choose from.

A little further afield the landcape is teeming with lakes, natural woodland trails, bogland, rivers and wildlife. The chances of spotting a deer from the comfort of the sitting room are very high indeed.
