Stunning self catering property located just 4.5 miles from the pretty town of Gort in lovely rolling countryside with wonderful views in every direction. The beautiful south facing two storey conservatory makes the property a bright and sunny house. It proudly stands on several lush green acres and is in a beautiful quiet area.

This comfortable two bedroom holiday rental is ideal for a family getaway, outdoor activity holiday, or just to get back to nature. Architect designed, and very private, with underfloor heating included in cost. It faces south and the owner lives 150 metres away should you need any advice.

It is fully wheelchair accessible on the ground floor with all the disabled facilities.

All the domestic equipment is new and of the best quality, as is the furnishing. The kitchen and sitting room are open plan.

Half a mile from the house is Ballyturn lake, which is great for fishing or canoeing but not suitable for swimming. However the lake one mile past that is ideal for swimming and perfect for children due to its sandy shallow shoreline.

"Good cottage - good location"

Really enjoyed our stay .Gort is a good spot for exploring Galway county .the Gallery cafe had the best food we ate in Ireland .the cottage is well set up.The directions to the cottage from Gort need a bit of updating as the road number mentioned in the instructions was not on the sign and the turn off at the cross did not indicate in the directions that the cross was actually on the side of a wall .A friendly local when we explained our dilemma showed us the way by driving her car and us following . We had been on the correct road but could not see the sign for turning .
