"A fantastic place to stay"

Trelawney House is located in a beautiful part of Cornwall called Goran Haven, about 100 yards from the beech. The house itself has everything you require for a good holiday. Fantastic size kitchen,… More

We are delighted you had a good holiday and pleased you found our home to be as it should be - comfortable and welcoming. The weather certainly was kind for you rather than the usual blowy March! And thank you for taking the time to post a review. Look forward to welcoming you at Trelawney again.

"A comfortable family home"

A big thankyou to Mrs Chapman, for letting us use her home. It was delightful, had everything we needed, Light airy rooms, comfy beds, large dining room, and plenty of room to sit in the evenings. Gorran Haven is known to us, and we found it just as enchanting as ever. The house was clean and tidy when we arriv ed, thank you Sally, the safe key worked well. We didn't need any help, we bought all out own food but did go to Lawnroc, sorry - didn't like it, bit too pretensious for us, also expensive. The cosatal walks were great, people friendly especially in Cakebreads, Barbara was just the same as when we all played cricket on the beach when we were all about 10 yrs old. If you have any influence on parish councils etc, tell them to keep Gorran Haven as it is, don't change for change sake! Enough of my rant - the weather for our week was fantastic, so we left we not only with rosy complections but rosy, fond memories for the winter to come.

We are delighted you had an enjoyable holiday. Trelawney is a much loved family holiday home and we work hard to ensure our guests enjoy it as much as we do. My best regards and very much hope to see you again; you can be assured of a very warm welcome!
