This is a brand new apartment which sleeps up to 6 persons. It is fully furnished with modern conveniences. There is a small private garden accessed from the lounge patio door. The main bedroom has main en suite. There is plenty lawn around with a community swimming pool only 50 metres away within the complex. The complex is of Tuscan design and there are stunningly laid Italian gardens within the quad areas behind all the ground floor units. Access to the complex is via remotely operated gates and there are 2 covered carports directly next to the apartment.

The Western Cape region
The Western Cape is by far the best area to visit in South Africa. It has the unique combination of Sea, Mountains, Winelands, Marine, Animal & Bird Life. It's colourful & friendly inhabitants will give you a warm welcome. Nearby Cape Town boasts a stunning Waterfront Compex with hundreds of Activities including shopping, waterside restaurants, boat trips, Robben Island trips, Helicopter Flips to name a few. In the City there are numerous Art Galleries as well as Museums. There are ongoing Exhibitions at the New Cape Town Convention Centre. There are Cultural History venues to visit such as The Cape Castle and the South African Cultural History Museum as well as Theatres. The City is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and offers scenic drives such as the Famous Chapman's Peak Drive. The Winelands are but a short drive into the Countryside. Clifton Beaches are amongst the finest in the World and there are many others. Hout Bay offers a Mariner's Wharf where delightful Fish & Shell Fish Meals can be had as well as Boat Trips out to Seal Island. Kirstenbosch Gardens are undoubtably the best the world can offer and a trip up to Table Mountain is a must.
Gordon's Bay area
Gordon's Bay lies approx. 50km's east of Cape Town city between the foothills of the Hottentot Hollands mountains and the breathtaking False Bay ocean and is the gateway to the magnificent winelands through the stunning Helderberg Mountain range only a few minutes drive away. Top Golf Estate - Arabella - is only a short drive and the wonderful Caledon Spa & Casino is only a 60 km drive. Nearby Elgin is blossoming Sauvignon Blanc country as well as the area where most of the world's apples come from. Gordon's Bay is unique in the way it is similar to popular European resorts by having low level homes & apartments on one side of the coastal road and the beaches on the other side. The beaches are judged the safest in the region. The harbour is picturesque with wonderful seafood restaurants and the local yacht club marina. The South African Naval College is situated here where sailors attend Officer Training. There are a host of watersport facilities available and Bikini Beach is world famous. Nearby is the enviable Harbour Island which is within walking distance from the apartment. Here you will experience that international attraction of sitting around outside cafe's overlooking magnificent watercraft and beautiful marina homes. Nearby Strand will remind some of Sunset Boulevard and boasts some stunning apartment blocks. Here you find nightlife and typical beach activities. Nearby Somerset West & Somerset Mall will provide all your shopping needs. There are magnificent gardens in Somerset West and some memorable half day drives to places of nature and local farms showcasing their wares Then of course there is Cape Town itself with it's wonderful Waterfront and all the outlying districts all unique in one way or another.
How to get there
The apartment is approx. 30 mins drive from Cape Town International airport. Most international airlines fly to Cape Town International. There are banks, car hire, etc. available at the airport. Simply follow the signs to the N2 eastbound or Somerset West. Travel on the N2 through the Strand & Somerset West turnoffs until you see a sign to the right saying Gordon's Bay & Kleinmond. Travel approx. 2 km's until you reach the very first stop street. Turn right there onto Dennehof Road and travel approx. 2 km's until you see the sign & buildings of Gordon Sands. Turn left there onto Hibiscus Road and immediately to the main gate.
