Gordons Bay is a delightful fishing village with two yacht harbours and the well known Harbour Island Marina. It is surrounded by the beautiful Hottentots Holland Mountain range and is situated within the False bay coastline looking across at Table Mountain. With its old-style charm, and narrow streets it offers safe romantic walking meandering within the village along the beachfront. With its relaxed atmosphere and close proximity to everything it offers a stress free holiday!

It has a warm Mediterranean climate with white sandy beaches and amazing sunsets. The area boasts a variety of excellent seafood restaurants. Boat trips or deep sea fishing trips as well as shark diving, can be arranged. Many hiking trails are in the area. The Strand beach only a five minute drive away caters for the fitness walkers with a variety of coffee shops and restaurants.

The Somerset Mall only a 15 minutes away offers a great variety of shops with eateries and cinemas. Gordons Bay is only a 30 minute drive to Cape Town International Airport, 45 minutes to Cape Town city centre and the famous V&A Waterfront. Numerous world class golf courses surround the area and the famous Stellenbosch Wine Route with daily wine tasting and sales are offered at any one of our 150 cellars, many of these offer cellar tours,restaurants and picnic facilies. A breathtaking scenic drive along the coastline to the famous town of Hermanus where whale watching is a must from August to November.
