This property, Gite St Elodie, is just beautiful! The actual building is a lovely traditional 'mas' which has been really tastefully renovated, both externally but especially inside The standard of the fittings and the finish is really quite exceptional and very well done.
What you actually get here is a two bedroom Gite, with great kitchen and dining facilities, furnished to a high standard. There is also a pool and garden available which is shared with the other three properties
It is set in beautiful open countryside, lavender fields and meadows around you, in a location that is ideal for visiting the local villages towns attractions and countryside. There are three villages nearby and in walking distance there are a couple of highly recommended restaurants
The other key feature of this property is the lovely terrace, some 68m² to enable you to take advantage of the lovely Provencal sunshine!

Further details indoors: The overall size of the Gite Ste Elodie is 80m² and the private terraces add another 48 and 20 m² Living Room: Along with the comfortable seating, the living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player Dining room: The dining area, located just off the kitchen and in the main living room Kitchen: The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hot plates, dish washer, cooker, microwave, cafetiere duo, toaster, electric kettle, and all the plates, pots and pans that you would need. Utility room: There is a communal area with a washing machine/laundry facilities should you need it Bedrooms: Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a large 180 x 200 cm bed and a twin room with 2 80 X 200 beds. These can be pushed together if required. Bathrooms: There is a bathroom with both a bath and a WC. Internet: Not available here I'm afraid Telephone: is not available here - sorry. Baby facilities: a baby cot can be made available upon request for an additional charge of 10 Euros.
Further details outdoors: Outside: There is a lot of space here to wear your children out! Some 5ha of grounds are available and immediately outside the property is a 1ha meadow which you are welcome to use. There are also lavender fields around the property so it really is a delightful spot! Swimming pool: The pool is a large 12m x 6m and has a decked border for relaxing and sun bathing. The area is fenced off and also separate (about 50 metres away) from the house, meaning the terraces and immediate vicinity of the house remain calm and peaceful.

Winter heating: is included in the rental cost. Gas, electric & water: are all included in the rental cost. End-of-stay cleaning: there is a charge of 50 Euros payable directly to the owners. Bed & bathroom linen: Bed linen is included in the rental cost, towels are an optional extra at 5 euros per day Taxe de Séjour: in France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” for your holiday. It is approximately one euro per person per day and is payable on arrival. Children are exempt Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 500 Euros on arrival. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages. You are welcome to pay this by cheque which can then be returned to you at the end of the stay. Change over day: is normally a Saturday but the owners may be flexible upon request. Long weekend stays: are also possible at this property outside of high season Pets: are not permitted at this property - sorry. Smoking: is not permitted inside this property – sorry.
