This apartment belong to a very small complex, sits directly over the Mediterranean Sea on the beautiful Northern coast of Sardinia. The white, sandy beaches that the island is renowned for are located just a short walk away from the apartment (10 to 30 meters) and right in the centre of Golfo Aranci. The apartment has two-bedroom and sea-views, recent construction and furnished with a simple yet refined décor, ideally suited for a relaxing seaside getaway. The apartment include a master bedroom, guest bedroom with 2 single beds, living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and terrace with table and chairs. washing machine and color TV sat.
The town of Golfo Aranci is characteristic of the Sardinian fisher towns. The town offers all services needed for a comfortable and convenient stay including: supermarket, tobacco store, newspaper stand, clothing and gift shops, pharmacy, medical guard, traditional pizzerias and restaurants, bar, local shops. scuba school and boat rentals.
The port city of Olbia is approximately 20 kilometers from Golfo Aranci. The town of Porto Rotondo, famous for it’s nightlife and discos, is only 8 kilometers away. Porto Cervo and the famous Pevero Golf Club is 35 Km away. Ideal for an holiday on the sea and for family with children.

No barbecue allow
Refundable breakages deposit of Euro 100,00 per week (by cash) is required upon arrival, to be refunded upon check-out on the basis no breakage, damage or improper use of the apartment has occurred (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
40% of rental fee is required to secure booking. The balance will be paid on arrival.
The Sardinia region
Sardinia’s turquoise sea and white sandy beaches rival the tropics. Away from the coast, the scenery can be similarly stunning with a pastoral quilt of forested mountain peaks, valleys of citrus groves and pastures of happily grazing cattle and sheep. Traditional culture thrives most vigorously in the heartland where the elderly women are still draped in traditional cloths; here tourists are rare – stared at – but ultimately welcomed. Subjected to a history of domination by outside forces, the proud Sardinians have never lost their sense of identity.
Across the landscape are scattered 7000 nuraghi, strange conical stone fortresses seemingly built by a Sardinian Fred Flintstone. Curious temples, tombs, mysterious menhirs and remains of entire Bronze Age villages complete the prehistoric cartoon.
Sardinia distinguishes itself in the kitchen with hearty pastas and a love for pungent local cheeses, like pecorino and smoked ricotta. Sardinians also produce notable wines and a head-splitting firewater, filu e ferru.
The best times of the year to visit are in the spring, when the wildflowers are in bloom, and during the early autumn when the temperatures are still pleasantly warm and most of the tourists have left.
The Golfo Aranci / Baia Caddinas area
Golfo Aranci is a lovely little seaside fisherman village surrounded by nature with beautiful white sand beaches, all set in the emerald sea. From Golfo Aranci you can easily reach the famous Village of Porto Rotondo and Costa Smeralda.
It is the perfect place for who want to do scuba diving in the the Tavolara’s Marina protected area or between capo Figari and Figarolo islands. Two professional Scuba centre are available all year also for beginners. We also recommend a boat excursion to Tavolata island. Amazing trekking routes of rare natural charm are available. The small family sea food restaurants will be happy to welcome you and to prepare their own typical dishes. On monday morning the fresh market in the centre is an opportunity to buy fresh fruits and vegetables as a variety of craft items and typical Sardinian products. Of corse the fish shops offer fresh and local products realy recommended.
