It's located in a luxurious residential area, characterized by sandy shores, bars, restaurants, shops and stores.
This marvelous house has a fine view over the sea and the islands and it's only 100 meters away from the beach. It has very refined furnishings and will be let to first-class, polished families.

The Sardinia region
Sardinia is arguably the best island in the world, with pristine beaches and a beautiful coastline punctuated with sand-dunes, gorgeous juniper woods and pine forests. Inland the territory is rugged and just waiting to be explored.
Expect something a little different from mainland Italy- taste the local cuisine for a start! The island retains a certain charm and has a distinctive architecture with its pink buildings. So take yourself off the beaten track and have the holiday of a lifetime!
Golfo Aranci / Baia Caddinas area
Costa Smeralda (the Emerald Coast) is absolutely beautiful. This 55 mile stretch of coastlline is dotted with plenty of bays with crystal clear waters and pinkish sands, it really is picture perfect! Many of the more secluded bays are best accessed by boat, so why not hire one and get exploring?
Porto Cervo, the main centre of the coast, is a village full of colourful buildings. It is a mix of old and new, with the new harbour and the Old Port (Porto Vecchio). Or visit Porto Rotondo, just 30 minutes from Olbia, this small village is typically Sardinian and is full of friendly locals and delicious eateries!
The island Isola Tavolara is a national park and should not be missed. It is great for snorkelling too, as are many of the beaches on the island.

To reach Sardinia by ship use Tirrenia ferries which sail from Genoa/Civitavecchia - Olbia, Sardinia Ferries for Civitavecchia /Araci Livorno-Gulf or Moby Lines for Livorno/Civitavecchia/Genoa - Olbia.
There are also internal connections between Olbia and Costa Smerelda

We passed our holidays in his wonderful villa for 1 month, from July 22th until August 24th,2007.. It is very elegant, and we can have every commodity. It's near the beautiful beach, and also for our children was a ideal place. Big Garden, beautiful sight, it is really a dream.
